Property Ratings at Lakeridge Apartments
These apartments are good for getting back on your feet, nothing more. When you get there, run. The water is sometimes black in my bathroom. I've requested they fix my blinds and kitchen light almost 3-4 months ago, and the walls are super thin and so easy to get dirty (Idk how to explain it, it's like as soon as you touch it boom stain). There are rodents (rats and roaches) and when you request for someone to come look at it and take care of it they basically let me know that 'pest control' would come out and do the same thing they always do, spray water in three corners of the house and we would be charged for it as well when it is already coming out of out rent. They don't care which is almost a good thing sometimes if you're late on rent or something. Again, it's good for a new start, but after that run!
Please please I beg you please look away We moved into this place thinking that the location was safe. As time started to progress we started to see leaks we could hear our neighbors the dumpster filled with trash all around the outside that create it flies constantly entering our home. As more time started to progress leaks major leaks never been attended to on time lack of management. The first apartment we moved in we had to move out because the water damage that was not fixed on time damage the apartments around us and let me not forget infested with rats and the major concern they moved us into a second apartment and promised us that we was in a better place we agree to insurance policy through them please do not agree to the insurance policy it only covers down $100,000 and if your items are destroyed you may be blessed with $250. So let me get to the point everything in my apartment was destroyed from mold that came from AC unit that was leaking for years years meaning that they move me into this problem and they did nothing to assist my damaged items that a specialist came in and analyzed it to be dangerous to our health so we had to pack up and leave everything whoever move into the apartment I would like to pray for you because this is not the residence kids should be in mold rats very disturbing tenants an apartment management that is not there at all
This apartment complex has ongoing rodent issues. The walls are SO THIN YOU HEAR EVERYTHING. I am NOT a disgruntle tenant. I just don't want ANYONE else to make the mistake I did choosing this property. Most of the mail boxes do not have doors. The tenants put trash in front of the dumpster instead of inside of it. The property manager and staff DO NOT reply to emails or calls to acknowledge receipt of of any concern/s. I had to call MULTIPLE times for rodents issues, trash, property grounds upkeep, loud and inconsiderate tenants etc.. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO THE OTHER WAY!! ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
