Nestled in Indianapolis' northwest suburbs is one of only two intact 19th-century railroad towns left in Marion County. Augusta, first known as Hosbrook, sits just 14 miles northwest of the Circle in downtown Indianapolis. The town never expanded past its boundaries, leaving its 19th-century charm to remain for generations through the years. The New Augusta Historic District still attracts history enthusiasts who revel in the carriage houses, small barns, and other period features from the town's beginning. Residents enjoy small-town life amidst a bustling and vibrant city, and the convenience to Indianapolis' many attractions and amenities.

Property Ratings at Lakes of Georgetown
Terrible office management, not professional at all. Multiple shootings with no answers. Kids playing in the street around cars. Trash cans are always over filled, it’s disgusting and not worth it at all.
Live here now in the theee story building ! It’s a nightmare people smoking pot and loud music at all hours ! I have complained but nothing was done , but people below me turned me in for actually walking in my apartment to heavy lol and they play there tv and music loud at all hours of the day ! Have been harassed in the parking lot many times by these people and nothing done ! Kids run around everywhere and in the parking lot hanging out ! I don’t recommend this place
My apartment flooded due to their negligence of not keeping the maintenance up on the fire sprinkler system and it busting, flooding my entire apartment under 2-3 inches of water. They had people come in and suck up some of the water and put fans down which have now been here 6 days running. I asked them to help pay the electric bill and they acted like none of this was their problem. They said to turn it into renters insurance. So now my whole life is under water and I'm having to clean up THEIR mess with no help. I have done at least a dozen loads of laundry, lost a day and a half of work, and have lost quite a bit of my possessions including photos I'll never get back. And can't even get a call back from the parent company. On top of all this they took 45 minutes to respond when I was calling, frantic, that water was rushing into my apartment and then the guy showed up with no keys to get in the maintenance closet nor any tools. And then he told me that this same thing happened to the last tenants in my apartment. That means they are clearly NOT keeping up with the maintenance on this as they should.
I absolutely love my apartment complex. The new staff in the office are wonderful and friendly. My apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It's very peaceful and quiet. I love how the office gets involved with the residents like offering Thanksgiving dinner, and other activities for the residents. I love it here!!!
My apartment is great. It gives peace of mind and has pretty awesome people. Granted there are a lot of kids but that just adds to the joy of your surroundings. I love my apartment and would recommend others to live here.
