Lakeshore Apartments

I’ve lived at Lakeshore for over two years. The staff has been courteous and helpful for all of my needs including minor repairs. Lakeshore is well maintained and the grounds are 1st class. The community is quiet, neighbors are respectful and the view of the lake from my living room is beautiful.

The management and maintenance team were very gracious. Lakeshore cares about their residents, and always made sure to address any questions, concerns, or requests quickly! This is a nice apartment with a great view. The neighborhood is quiet and you have a lot of privacy as a tenant. Lakeshore does a great job at respecting their residents! From move-in to move-out, I was always shown kindness!

I've lived at Lakeshore for almost a year now, it has been a great experience. The staff is professional and friendly. I feel very safe and comfortable in my apartment which is especially important to me since I live alone. The community is quiet and I love the location.

Lakeshore is the perfect location. It has a beautiful lake view and is minutes to many restaurants and shopping. My apartment is quiet and I never hear my neighbors. When I lived in Stephenville my apartment was noisy -- this is huge improvement. Parking is convenient and right in front my apartment. The entire property is well kept.

Really enjoy my apartment at Lakeshore. The property is very clean, quiet and peaceful at all times of the day. I appreciate it being quite - since I sleep during the day and work nights. The lake view from my apartment is a huge bonus. Plus, the maintenance and office staff are friendly and prompt.
