Bryan and the management team are great people and family oriented. I’ve just renewed my lease for a 3rd year after moving in on short notice. You will not find a nicer property in the area for apartments with the trails and lake. Any minor issues that I have encountered have been taken care of swiftly! I lived at Lakeshore Hilltop from August 21' - Decemeber 23'. My wife and I both loved living here. The property is awesome and sits on a lake, it is really great to wake up to wildlife yet also be right off of HW59. The property has a very remote feel while also being situated close to everything you could need. Management is really great and helpful. The property is only getting better with the new frisbee golf course they just installed! Great spot, if work hadn't taken me to another part of the state, we would have stayed here.

I lived here from 2021-2023. Single mother, the location was convenient. I felt safe, loved walking the beautiful trails and hanging at the lake inside of the complex. Bryan is sincere, accommodating, and really cares about the resident's comfortability. Hard to find that in a person these days, let alone a landlord. Andrew (maintenance) was quick to respond to any issues within my apartment and I was never left waiting. It was exactly what I needed at the time and would recommend for anyone else looking for a nice place to live.

I lived here from 2019-2023. Bryan was the best landlord I've ever had. Always upbeat and so willing to help out if there is an issue. We were able to put in a garden, which only brought the neighbors together. I really miss the woods right out my door, and the beautiful lake that we spent so many evenings fishing and relaxing at. If my job didn't take me elsewhere...I'd still be living there.

Very nice property. Clean, quiet, where apartment living meets staycationing. Walking trails and a huge lake full of different fish. Can’t beat it here!

I really enjoyed the beautiful, well kept grounds. I love to be outdoors and go to a variety of parks. When I lived there I didn’t have to get in my car and go anywhere. It’s wooded with trails and a private lake. They have storage down by the lake to keep your kayaks which was perfect for not having to haul it around. The manager Bryan and maintenance Andrew are awesome! The neighborhood is clean and safe.

My son and I have called Lakeshore Hilltop Apartments home for the last 2 years. We have enjoyed living in this friendly community. All of our neighbors are really quiet. The office staff are very accessible and prompt in taking care of any issues we have had. The lake and trails add to the tranquility of the surroundings.

I’m a single 32 year old male, who loves the outdoors. I currently live at lakeshore apartments. Been here for almost two years. What I love about this place is that its quite and safe, full of things to do outside. The buildings and grounds are kept up really well. You kinda forget that your living in an apartment complex because of the homey feel around you. The staff here are super friendly and easy to talk too. Your given the maintenance mans phone number so you directly communicate with him on what the issue is and when he will be by to fix it. He does a wonderful job at getting to any issues right away. The leasing manager is super friendly and jokes around with ya. I never stayed at a place where making improvements to the grounds was there mission every year. Last year alone they opened up more beach front and new trails for us to walk on. And that was during a pandemic! The guys here really show how much they care about this place and the people who live here.

Great area, great property and a Leasing owner that really cared about you as a resident. Was sad to have to move on and leave, but you won't get a beautiful property like that too often - And Brina is the man, he looks out for ya

I lived here for 2 years. Brian, property Manager, was always kind and understanding. He took care of any issues we brought to him. Bear, maintenance, was kind and generous. He always made sure we knew we could go to him if we needed anything. He was always polite, and unimposing when he was in our apartment. Lakeshore hilltop has a great property, great apartments, and possibly the best management of any apartment complex.

I've been living here for a little over a year, and happy to be doing so. The management and maintenance are wonderful. Not only are they friendly and kind people, they're attentive to the needs of the tenant. Haven't had many issues, but when I have, it was taken care of immediately. The upkeep of the landscape is fantastic. Never any trash laying around, always trimmed up. In addition to what I've already said... They have a beautiful hiking trail that winds through the woods, which I take full advantage of on a daily basis. Plus the property is on a lake, where they have a picnic table and a campfire area. I'm so glad I made the decision to live here. No plans to go anywhere else. ??

my wife and I have been living here about three years now we were just supposed to rent a year and get a house but we have been so happy here Bryan and Seth (managers) and Bear (maintenance) have been so kind to us and any issues we had were dealt with promptly for instance pot holes in the parking lot they spent thousands of dollars with fresh asphalt cap new parking lines and sealer and all our neighbors are so friendly and we love the trees lake and wildlife here not to forget the grass is well taken care of snow and ice in the winter are dealt with on time we actually feel like family here thanks BRYAN,SETH AND BEAR

Lake shore, has been my home for over 10 years. Talk about change! When Bryan and Jake took over the property it was in need for a major overhaul. Roofs needed repair, and buildings were in need of painting(not to mention the landscape). They gave a fresh and lasting beauty to all who visit and see it for themselves! It's the one place where I feel I can I can leave my car doors unlocked and find everything intact the next morning (I wouldn't recommend that though). Its the one place that has a managed, and maintained walking trail all around the property! A lake view of Mcwithy Lake. Trees and all sorts of wildlife abound: Deer, rabbits, Ducks, Geese, Swans, and other exotic birds! Centerly located between US-23 and I-75 located in White Lake with several retail and grocery stores within a 5 minute radius. I love this place and fondly call it "Home." This property is just so beautiful and peaceful! It's so quiet and my husband and I appreciate the owners' efforts in maintaining it that way. My only experience with rental apartments was always loud neighbors and lazy management. It's so different here though! You can tell the owners (who also manage the property) take pride in the living experience they are offering. There is no other rental property like this - you're surrounded by nature and you would never know you were renting when you look out your window! We'll be here for the foreseen future, that's for sure!! Thanks Lakeshore Hilltop Apartments :)

To me, the thing that makes an apartment living experience great is the management. As long as the apartment keeps you dry and warm, it's doing it's job. The management is what makes or breaks it. I had incredible experiences with management whenever I talked to them! They are so kind and genuinely care about you. LIVE HERE NOW!!! :-P

My time at Lakeshore Hilltop Apartments was all that I could ask for in apartment living. The location is great! It's so close to everything but you still feel like you're tucked away in the woods. I loved my apartment, it was spacious and kept up nicely, and only had minor and expected issues over the course of my 2 years tenancy which were always resolved quickly. 5 stars for me!

We've only been living here at Lakeshore for a couple months but we love the property! It's just so pretty with all the trees and the lake. Definitely the prettiest apartments we've ever lived at.

Originally, my plan was to get a 6 month lease at Lakeshore and then look for a house...well its 3 years later and I just now moved into that house! It was just such a great place to live that I had no incentive to start my house hunting. Now that I have a house, I miss the days where the lawn, snow, and maintenance was taken care of for me!!! During my 3 years, Jake and Bryan were the most accommodating managers I've ever dealt with. Normally landlords are the least fun part about apartment living but those guys are ALWAYS great to talk to...you can tell they actually care about you. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE 5 STARS

We LOVE this property and all it has to offer. The lake has some of the best fishing my husband has ever found, the wide open spaces were perfect for my children to run and play, and the location is so convenient for shopping, entertainment, dining, activities, and travelling (you're in the middle of everything!). Wouldn't change anything about this place

Will act like your friend and then scam you out of your deposit.

Run down apartments... Had no shower for almost a month before it was finally fixed.. A hornets nest for over a week before it was taken care of... The water is so bad, I think it comes from Flint... I would NEVER recommend this place..EVER... The management is nothing but rude.. And needs lessons on how to talk to people... And how not to interrupt.. Or better yet not hang up on a tenant.. And lying to people does not make things better...

Extremely low value for money. Very nice property on the outside, but once inside these units are unclean, not maintained, not updated, walls are paper thin, and smell very bad. The water can not be drank to to the intense sulfur taste and smell. To accompany this it also stains you bath tub, sink, and clothing terribly. On top of all of this there is no management on site. Have a work order? forget about it, no one there to help and they do not reply to your calls. If you do have the joy of speaking with any of the office staff be prepared to be degraded and meant to feel as if you are an inch tall ( Especially if you get Cynthia). In summary STAY AWAY!!! Overpriced, old poorly maintained units, nearly toxic water, and unprofessional make this a must avoid place to live.
