Finding an apartment in Dallas while still living in San Francisco was challenging, but Lakeshores Loft exceeded my expectations. Once I arrived, I explored various neighborhoods and immediately fell in love with the Lake Carolyn area. The proximity to the trails was a huge plus for me. The leasing team, particularly Lorenzo, made the entire process seamless. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly. The building itself is spotless and well-kept. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Lakeshores Loft is truly a standout in this area.

It's a pleasure to live here. If I did not have to transfer with my job, I would certainly renew my lease. I really wish I could keep this apartment for my summer girl getaway!

We just moved to IMT Lakeshore Lofts and the experience has been phenomenal! Tina, Sharon and Savannah are fantastic - I didn't work with the other leasing agent but I'm sure she's great too! I had been working with Tina for a couple of months on finding the right place for us and she was so kind, patient and just wonderful! When we moved in, everything was super clean, parking spaces were ready, fobs and keys ready . The apartment, with it's hugely high loft ceilings, is spacious, open and cozy - it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. The property is super well maintained, nicely landscaped and quiet. So far, we have not had any issues. We are happy to be here and looking forward to being here for many years!

Surrounded by Construction on all corner's. Poor attitude of leasing staff . Elevator out of orders bi weekly. Generally old and crummy.

I have had an apartment here for over a year and I love it! It is a place that is quiet, safe, and secure. It is a friendly, diverse, and mature community. I call it tranquility by the lake! The grounds and buildings are well kept and maintained. Also, the management is responsive to the residents’ needs and their quality of life.

We've been living here for the last 3 years. So much has changed in the Las Colinas area, but one thing has been consistent: the quality of the apartment complex and the stellar staff. The apartments are nice and industrial/modern. The grounds are clean and fairly tranquil. The team at IMT lakeshore lofts will help whenever you have an issue and are extremely understanding. I'd highly recommend!

We have been a resident here for about 10 months now. It's been an awesome experience. The leasing office staff are all so helpful, it never feels you live in an apartment. They have made possible our last minute requests like renting out the club house for a party, getting the keyfob corrected even beyond the leasing hours. Our property manager Rolando is great too, he helped me revert back the fine we incurred for late payment of rent. The maintenance request folks are pretty good and fast, they have even provided samples when we wanted to replace existing lights with different color lights. The neighbours have been good so far except the first few days when they called courtesy officers and complained to leasing office staff. We have a pool view and it's a great view. The parking is great too. We would love to stay here as long as we are here in Irving.

I've lived at IMT for almost 3/half years, and was here during their transition to ownership. I've been more than satisfied with the high quality apartment living that they provide. My apartment is spacious, and beautiful. Plus our property management 'team' are 'exceptional' in making sure your needs are always met, including timely/quality maintenance. What a blessing this place has been for me, and would encourage anyone looking for a high quality place to live that is also beautiful and peaceful to choose Irving IMT Lakeshore Lofts!!! :-)

I have been a resident for over 6 months, I moved in during the transition from the "other" management company it was a disaster. When the new and present company took over the property has taken an about face. The management staff and crew are impeccable. They always greet you with a smile and a hug. The maintenance team is above board. They clean up daily after pet parents that are too lazy to do it for themselves. The location is fantastic! Just signed a new lease and look forward to each day I can call this place "home".

I am so glad I found this place. They have great amenities like pools, gyms, spin classes, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, and so much more. You do not hear alot of sound from neighbors. I feel nestled in my apt and I feel safe.The management responds in a timely manner to any questions or concerns I may have. You are right across the street from DART, 15-20 mins from both airports, 5 mins from MacArthur Blvd, 20 mins from downtown. Lake Carolyn is beautiful. They offer yoga acorss the lake, have live music events, and so much more.

The new IMT staff is great, the apartment I complex is right on the water and in the beautiful Las Colinas area, and the modern metropolitan interiors are awesome!
