I have been here since December last year. I love the trail at the back facing Lake Houston. I run there on some evenings. The locale is serene and the management are doing a great job. I will renew my lease for sure.

Inside office staff and maintenance is the best I’ve had! I looked at an apartment. Moved in with very minor issues that were fixed the same day. Light bulb went out. And the door to my room was a little stuck. From the beginning. I have felt so good about the decision I made to move here. The view is beautiful. The grounds are clean. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. My neighbors rock! I freaking love this place! Thank you to everyone that has made my new apartment feel great!

The manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and definitely isn‘t familiar with the term customer service! It was the managers nastiness that led to my choosing NOT TO RENT at this complex. Know that there are several apartment complexes in the area and worth the time it takes to shop around.

When you want to move, they take care of you super well so that you rent with them, then they don't pay attention to anything. Many insects appear in the apartment and they do nothing. Mosquitoes inside and outside the apartment make enjoying the common area impossible. The amount of mosquitoes is unpleasant, even my daughters are being affected by them and they don't care. They just told me that they can't do anything because the mosquitoes come from the lake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE IN ANY WAY. My daughters suffer from allergies and here it is impossible to be with them in a healthy way thanks to the amount of mosquitoes and insects that are on the property.

Unlike a few negative reviews, I have not had part of that here at LV which now is my home. From the front office, especially Desiree, to all the grounds and maintenance staff, my experiences have been handled swiftly.

I’ve loved living here ever since I moved in 3 years ago. The office staff is always welcoming and always have smiles on there faces when entering. Desiré has always been so extremely helpful with any concern or need I’ve presented her and that goes a long way! My only issue is parking but I’m sure they are working on ways to make that better for all tenants.

I moved here in 2017, courteous staff, safe, clean campus and beautiful lake side view.

These apartments are the absolute worst. You are not getting what you’re paying for in the slightest. The parking is horrible and to make matters worse they took away an extra row of spaces. This is causing tenants to have to park on the street which is a clear safety issue. The least they can do is is give us a discount on our rent for next month to makeup for the inconvenience. I have to constantly call the maintenance for things like (leaking pipes, broken ac, etc). My roommate has spent her OWN money to replace the bulbs in the hallways outside of the apartments because when she calls no one bothers to come. Not only that but there have been break ins here and other safety issues which management does absolutely nothing about. I could go on about how bad living here is but the point is DO NOT move here.

We absolutely love living here. The staff are amazing and super helpful. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Villas!

I just moved in not too long ago and I love it here!! The staff was very helpful. I have a lakeview with a great price for it. I also got to recommend a friend to move in and got a $500 referral credit towards my rent. If you come move in, put my name down LOL!

Absolutely love living here! From office staff to maintenance to my neighbors! Been here for 2 years and I love it! Only issue is appliances are white!

Horrible front office staff. Ever since the new management moved in, things have gone down hill. The property has is more dirty and not kept up like it was. Also, beware, you will get robbed if you move here. I purchased a new home. I personally went into the office and sat with the office staff and told them I would not be renewing my lease. I told them I am moving out that week. I asked what would be cheaper, to break my lease or just pay it til the end . They did the calculations and it turned out to be about 400 cheaper if I just continued to pay for my lease until it ended Sept. 6. I told them that is what I will do. She said, "Ok, you are set". A month later I had a renewal letter on my door. I went down again and explained that I was there the month before and clearly stated I would not renew. She then asked me to simply send them an email saying that. I did. Well now this is my last month paying. I should only have to pay til Sept 6th, however they give me a bill that is way over what I ever paid. I called and they said that my lease is up on the 6th and because I didn't give them 60 day notice i have to pay til the end of the month at a full price. I can't believe it. I told them I was there more than 60 days out and in person advised them. They said "Well on page one of lease it says you have to send it in writing, either mail or email". Why didn't the girl at the desk advise me while I spent my time there to let them know in person. I thought that was my notice. Better than email or in writing and if that was needed why didn't she just advise me right then and there to sign a paper or email them. Just wrong. It then called back today and spoke to the Asst. Manager and she provided me no help. Very cold and disconnected. Did not care and just quoted the black and white contract rules. I have to say that about a year ago when they changed office staff and changed the Manager, things have really went down hill there. I have spoken to many neighbors and they feel the same. As a matter of fact, my neighbor across from me moved out same week and the lady downstairs really wants to move out. It's not as safe as it used to be and a lot of drinking and partying till the early morning hours out by the pool and dock.

From the property manager to the maintenance! Lived here a year and couldn’t get out soon enough! Horrible roach infestation and they could never find out where it was coming from!? Property manager Megan was rude and would ignore you! One day I walked in the office to speak with her and she saw me walk through the door and closed hers! Then she told her staff to tell me she wasn’t in her office!? Like are you serious how childish can you be! Pathetic excuse for a manager if you ask me.. So glad I got out of that place, I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me!

Moved out in March. They charged me a fee for failure to give a 60 day notice. At 75 day notice was given. Wouldn’t be a huge problem if they didn’t send my info the collection agency. After resolving this it’s is found that I’m owed 150 as it states in the contract. Kayla has just decided not to reply to my emails. It’s been 3 months of being owed this money. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if my info wasn’t sent to the collection agency. Thefts.

My water and electricity were always being turned off for maintenance reasons causing the food in my freezer and refrigerator to spoil. The water that came through my pipes was dirty/rusty even after filtering it. I had to buy drinking water! I moved in with a friend after living there for 6 months and even after not using any water, I was charged for it each month. I continued paying for the dump I wasn't living in so I wouldn't break my lease. When I officially moved out, I was told I would receive my deposit refund within 30 days. 41 days later, still no refund and the incompetent office clerks are of no assistance!

I have been a resident for many years and just love this community! The current Property Manager is the best we have had during my residence, in fact the entire staff is great! I have seen much change since our new Manager has come on board. We now have a monthly newsletter that is fun to read, and the staff are always putting something together for the residents to enjoy. There has also been much improvement in the overall appearance of the property such as the landscaping, the re-finishing of the pool, new fire alarms, etc. If you really want to find a great place to live then Lakeshore Villas is it! Just stop by yourself and see why......

It's a nice apartment complex don't get me wrong. Besides a few things. Our microwave doesn't turn when heating something up. Our dish washer also doesn't work unless you want water coming out everywhere. Believe me, we've had maintenance come and check it out a few time. So we don't even use it. Also, since we live right by the water, I've seen a lot more roaches. I spray my apartment monthly and all around the outside my doors and patio lol. I hate them! Parking is okay. You might have to walk a little bit to your apartment. Also hear a lot of cars and car crashes on the bridge that's right next to the apartment complex. And of course that brings all the emergency vehicals.

The apartment is okay. Not the best. But what we are paying in other places we could get a two bedroom or even a three. I guess thats what we get for living on the lake. Fyi after it rains avoid the lake. Trash collects around the spider nest pier.The people around here are loud and very rude. Not child friendly. Pool area is always gross. The upkeep from outside isn't done very well. And the apartment management is always changing. Good luck trying to get someone who knows what they are talking about.

Have you ever walked out of your home into a beautiful sunrise with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, watching the birds flyby over the waters of gorgeous Lake Houston, waving at a neighbor jogging on the trails, and glancing over and seeing beautiful dragon flies skipping across the vivid blue swimming pool? I have, nearly every morning at Lakeshore Villa Apartments. These are only a few of the many reasons I love calling Lakeshore Villas my home. The friendly staff always welcome my daughter with fresh baked cookies or a pleasant smile when she hops off the bus in the afternoon. The maintenance staff is quick to reply to any issue that needs attention and the atmosphere is heavenly. The staff is great, always planning get-togethers for the residents. I couldn't ask for more from an apartment complex.

Only complaint is lack of timely response to maintenance issues
