Lakeside 121 Apartments

I have been living at Lakeside 121 for 9 months, and it has been an incredible experience. The community is beautifully maintained, dog wash for my dog, and it even has a car wash! The ladies are always responsive and so kind since day 1. The location is perfect, I'm able to jump on 121 to go to work easily. I highly recommend Lakeside 121 to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Where do I start is the question, it's do many great amenities to choose from you just can't name them all in one sitting. To sum this up, I'd start with the management and staffing. It's not one day that I've came into the office and didn't feel welcomed and at home. Ms. Debbie is the best and the first person to greet me every time, Ms. Victoria has always went above and beyond for what services I needed including prayed for my home personally. I thank everyone for the upkeep of the property and making my transition into moving at ease. I highly recommend this location plus you don't have to go far to stores and entertainment.

I have lived here for 3 years! The apartment complex is always kept up and the management is very nice and helpful. We especially like that it’s gated. We have enjoyed the past 3 years we have lived here!

Moved to this apartment back in 2019. We loved this community so we extended the lease for 2020 as well. The leasing process was very smooth and Debbie was so kind in explaining all the amenities and options available for renting. The community has lot of great facilies like gym, car wash, laundry and dryer, swimming pool. The leasing office is very luxurious and has billiards and printing facilities. The management is very kind to the residents and the maintenance work orders are handled within a day. Definitely recommend this community to have a peaceful living. I would love to stay here as long as I am in Dallas!! Cheers!!

We moved here a little over 3 years ago and it has been a great place to live. Proximity to where I work is convenient, safety is not a concern, and we are really close to lake lewisville so going for a jog to see a little nature so close is a huge plus. Our neighbors are great and the staff is always very helpful. And you can find all of this at a great rate!

Lakeside121 is a quite and clean complex. The manager and agent are both very accommodating. Work orders are completed usually the same day that you submit one! Overall a great complex with good people and nice amenities! ~Dani

Lakeside 121 is quiet and green and has every comfort and convenience one could ask for. It's gated and safe and is near to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. :)

Moved to this Community almost 2 years back. The community is serving as best as it can for the residents and makes the best effort to keep the ambience so vibrant. The community has very good gym, a well maintained pool, washer and dryer facilities and very big car wash with vacuum. There are some beautiful tulips around the community which adds beauty to this place. The community is gated which improves the security. The maintenance is very quickly connects t and address all the issues promptly.

I love the management and the attention to repair requests.

Great place To live. The management team is very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys get stuff done in a timely manner. And the property is really nice and Quiet. I am very nice amenities!

I have lived at Lakeside at 121 for over 10 years. The property management has changed a couple of times, but has been steady for awhile now and are the best yet! Debbie, the manager, is so approachable and helpful. I have come to depend on the management and maintenance many times. Not because I need things fixed, but because I travel for long periods at one time and they take care of odds and ends for me here and there when something comes up out of the blue. For this reason, I have no plans on leaving this place anytime soon.

this is my first year here and i am pleased with my experience so far. i love the location it is quiet here and management is always nice. i received a move in special also! would definitely recommend staying here.

I have lived in here for years and I have to tell you this is by far the best one I have lived in. My apartment has a great OPEN floor plan and tons of storage. The Community has a lot of great things about it such as its very clean (grounds and walkways) friendly neighbors, dog park, car wash, garages, beautiful pool, gym and super fun social events, although COVID has limited the social events this year, the manager stills makes sure we have games, contest and prizes. Another great thing about this peace of heaven, I have never waited for more than 24 hours for a repair which has only been a few times I have even had to call. Side note ! Manager and the office staff ROCK

Lakeside 121 has been a very pleasurable experience. The grounds are always clean, maintenance is prompt and efficient, and it’s a very safe neighborhood. The ladies in the front office are amazing and I love the spacious rooms in the units which is hard to come by with the newer complexes. I have lived here for going on two years and its a great complex with great neighbors very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping not to mention easy access off and on to Sam Rayburn Tollway

Really nice apartments with a great management staff! The complex is clean and quiet. This place is also located to tons of food options and shopping. My son and I go up to the lake often, which is one of our favorite things about this place. Theres nice lake hiking trails near by as well!

I recently made a HUGE move from California to Texas. Packed up my belongings and drove 2,000+ miles and landed here at Lakeside 121. I’d made a trip to specifically visit this location in July, and knew I wanted to reside here. I did my walk through with Victoria, who made sure I knew everything about more than just the apartment, she made sure I knew about Texas living! Fast forward to August 2020. I called because I needed to live in sooner than expected, the management team told me they’d let me know if they could make arrangements for me to move in sooner, not even 24 hours later they called and confirmed. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve not had ANY ISSUES! The management team, maintenance team and ground keepers are all pleasant and willing to help when needed. They are sure to communicate when the office is closed and goes out of their way to ensure residents are taken care. I’m literally 5 minute fro every store, bank and literally less than 60 seconds from State Highway 121. And bonus is, it’s quiet! MAKE THIS YOUR CHOICE PLACE TO LIVE. YOU WONT REGRET IT! Duane L.

Nice place. Not as new as some of the other places down the street, but hey - rent is a couple of hundred bucks less here, and newer does not always mean nicer. The pool is o.k. (I don’t swim much anyway), the fitness center is adequate (that I do use plenty), but I find the place to be spacious, quiet, and I like the neighbors - friendly, but not too friendly, if you know what I mean. I sit out on my porch at night wrapped up in a blanket (I’m on the top floor) and enjoy the quiet and the breeze. I expect I would renew when the time comes (unless my job moves me again…)

Our experience on 11/12/18 was great thanks to Debbie. She was incredibly helpful and most definitely persuaded us to sign a lease the same day. She was very knowledgeable to all of the questions we had, and helped us out in anyway she could. She was very friendly and made our experience great. Overall, very happy with the leasing team here, and looking forward to moving into our new apartment.

Absolutely love living here. The apartments are extremely nice! Debby the apartment manager is extremely helpful and accommodating. The leasing agent Fryal is super friendly. Chad is quick to resolve any maintenance issues quickly. Epic apartments make my home feel like home

Best apartments I've lived in. I moved in three months ago. I only had two weeks to get a place in The Colony/Lewisville area and this place was perfect. The staff has been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They've always answered my calls and my maintenance requests have been fulfilled within a day or two. Having an exercise room off the pool area is nice and the grounds are well kept. Debbie has been excellent at helping me out whenever I have questions, concerns, or a package at the office.

DO NOT MOVE HERE if you want to sleep. Dont let the other reviews lie to you. The apartment complex forgot to mention a massive construction site would be popping up right outside of their complex which runs heavy machines all day long up. The entire building shakes from heavy this equipment which goes on EVERY SINGLE DAY starting from 7:30am until 6pm. I wish I was exaggerating but Im not. The bugs and rodents get into the trash left out for pickup by the residents and has caused me to find God knows how many different bugs in this apartment since they started. The grounds crew here is also an issue with noise. Every Monday you can find one with a leaf blower spending 45 mind cleaning up a single parking spots just until another one comes to do the same spot. Once again I wish I was making this up. Please think twice about moving here or ask for an apartment that isnt affected by this noise.

Nice, quiet complex. Neighbors are friendly and we enjoy getting together at the grill and pool regularly when the weather is good. Staff is amazing. We have enjoyed living here and will miss our neighbors and the staff when we move.

LOVE these apartments. They are very nice on the interior and exterior and pretty new! The office staff was extremely friendly and took us on a great tour of the apartments and amenities. I looked at these apartments on a Monday and am coming back to lease on Friday. (: I cannot wait to move in!

I lived here for one full year and I honestly say I cant think of anything to be critical to say. The front office made me feel like a member of the family.The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am very happy living here at Lakeside 121. The grounds are lovely, the amenities are great, the apartments are exceptional - the crown molding, high ceilings, efficiency of design, big bedrooms, big closets etc. I feel safe here, proud to be a tenant and am extremely satisfied with staff and management!

So, we moved in August of 2016, and we love it. Everyone in the office is so nice, and any maintenance issues are handled very quickly. The only reason we'd leave is due to relocation or getting a house.

I literally had the best experience with the team at Lakeside 121. I haven't moved in yet, so I can't speak on the community yet but the Customer Service has been exceptional and I am not the easiest consumer to please. I have been extremely difficult in selecting my next home and Debbie and Fryal not only put up with all my 200 calls/emails/questions but went above and beyond in providing as much information as possible. At one point I actually think they were trying to answer questions before I even asked. My point to all of this is, if you're looking for an apartment community that genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to ensure their residents are satisfied, this is definitely the place to be. Working with Debbie and Fryal has been a pleasure to say the least.

I just renewed my lease for another year. I like the location and my apartment. The balconies are awesome and my puppy feels right at home. Maintenance guys are great! Very nice and always do a great job. Office staff has always been helpful when I needed something or had a question. Great price for what you get.

I rented a very spacious 1 bedroom with a garage. The apartment is arranged very efficiently making you feel like you are in a house not an apartment! The grounds are immaculate with a lot of trees and very clean! It is a pet friendly community!! Management is very responsive to your needs and always very courteous. I am so very happy I chose this apartment home, it is truly a HOME!!

I had the most refreshing and amazing experience leasing my first apartment here!! Every place I went to the staff seemed to be too busy to care but Fryal was amazing!! She took the time to show me around the property and answered all my questions. The process was quick and easy and I love how quiet and clean the property is. Living on my own was a bit scary at first but knowing that the property is gated makes me feel so much better about finally moving on my own. I love the setup of my floorplan and how spacious and bright it is. Also cannot even explain how happy I am with the location, being by 121 has helped me so much with saving time to get to and from work. I love my new home and could not have had a better first experience!

I have lived here for three months and all has been great! Apartment is large and bright. Nice and friendly neighbors a plus. I have only experienced a couple of minor issues and the staff had them repaired the next day. So pleased to say the least of my stay here!

We moved in in January this past year and have really been loving our home. I dont always leave reviews for places I have lived or visited. But I was so impressed with the way the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as can be. I will be relocating to Alaska at the end of my lease and I will truly miss this this place!

Cool neighbors, good location and nice clean grounds

I just moved in two months ago and I am absolutely happy with my place. Maintenance is good as well they are quick to fix your needs The complex is also pet friendly which is perfect since I have a small dog and a cat. The units are fairly spacious with plenty of natural light. Would I tell a friend to rent here? Yes.

I love living here! The new manager Debbie, goes above and beyond for her residents!The pool and gym are AWESOME! Many wonderful amenities. The Maintenance team keeps the community looking AMAZING!!!! Did I mention I LOVE living here!!!
