absolute joke of a place
Everyone is nice until you sign that lease. I have BEGGED for maintaince to work on things that should've been done before move in. these people are con artists in the highest level. I have been without appliances, proper heating and a REAL lock for my FRONT door. this complex is disgusting and their corporate staff are so far worse. I literally have maintenance and staff admitting on camera that this complex is a joke and they left me in a unit that should have never been claimed to be complete for move in. bathroom sink, floors, dishwasher, fridge, stove and lights have all been replaced. AND THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE. Not one person will answer a phone call up there. not one.

owners do not care ...
...about their residents. Refused to pay water bills to City of Flint, resulting in very likely shut off in the middle of December when it is forecasted to be in the single digits. This place should be shut down and residents provided funds for security deposit and first months rent at safe, secure and reliable apartments as well as moving costs. Never do business with them or Empire Worldwide Michigan Kelvin LLC!
