Lakeside at Town Center Apartments

I love it here! This is a great community and the staff is great! They care about the community and the residents. The events are so fun and interactive.

The leasing office agents are amazing, especially Melanie! My only complaint is that the windows in the apartments don't seem weather proof and mold grows on the sills if you don't wipe them down with microbial solution regularly.

Gated community on a lake in quiet neighborhood located close to Town Center Mall, Kennesaw State, Kennesaw Mountain, and Kennestone Hospital. Friendly and professional office and maintenance staff.

Everyone in the leasing office was amazing. It was a very smooth transition to becoming a resident. Such a peaceful full community. Lake view a gorgeous.

I have enjoyed living here! Staff and residents are so nice! Everyone says hello to me in the morning, and I get to say hi to the pets i see!

Nice, quiet community and friendly staff. The amenities are nice as well. Some of the apartments need to be renovated for the price of rent but overall a great place to live.

This is a Great Place to stay. The Staff is always available to assist. Maintenance team responds within the same day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The maintenance/grounds team is outstanding, ensuring that everything is kept in top condition. While, like any community, there are occasional challenges with some tenants, the staff handles these situations with professionalism and efficiency. Overall, it’s a clean, welcoming place with great people, and I’m grateful to be a part of it!

Everything as been pretty good so far , no issues. Definitely recommend living here for anything considering. Property is kept nice , staff and engaging and prompt in their responses and responsibilities as well

I have only been here for a few weeks but I’ve had a great experience. Office people are very helpful and friendly and maintenance got things fixed very quickly.

I like it here at lakeside apartments since I been here my experience has been great so I don't have anything bad to say my kids have been living a better life without drama

So far things have been pretty good and quiet. The maintenance seems to be doing the best they can. I’ve been having trouble with my microwave but the Property Manager has been helping me tremendously with this. Hopefully we can come to a resolution but other than that I have no complaints. The property is well kept in my opinion and they have a lot of resident activities which is always nice. My neighbors are friendly for the most part

Just move here in November. So for it seems to be a nice place to live. Quiet and safe and friendly neighbors. Grounds are very clean. I'm happy.

Its now been almost two years since i moved here and everything has been perfect. They have great staff, clean quiet environment, and lots of events, planned by the leasing office, to do in the community each month. Anytime i place a maintenance request its handled in a timely manner. I am happy that i made this choice.

Peaceful, clean, staff is very welcoming. Close to shopping stores, as well as the main highways. Perfect place to have a family. The clubhouse always have events for the community which i love !

I’m so happy to have found this place it’s the perfect home from going to a bad nasty hotel to a clean home with nice staff and Amenities and a beautiful apartment.

Overall this has been a great experience here and a very warm staff and on point with fixing the needs of our property and also work orders they move in a faster pace when I moved here a year ago. Overall a great experience so far.

I’ve enjoyed my time here! Neighborhood has its moments here and there but all in all comfortable. Neighbors and staff are nice and quiet haven’t had anymore issues.

Strategic location!!! I love to live here, there’s hardly ever traffic, the mall and outlets are close by, easy access to highway and Wellstar Kennestone.

Such a great experience so far. The apartment is so cozy, fun place to walk around, quiet/ friendly neighbors. The only thing is the dish washer breaks a lot but that’s about it. Great time so far

I love it here at Lakeside I really don't have anything bad to say the staff is very friendly and kind. I love how the community is always clean and neat maintenance is always on time when I put in a work order.

It's been really good so far and the community has been great! The amenities are wonderful and they do a great job with keeping the grounds clean and free of debris. I love that they have a ton of doggy waste stations to further help to keep the community clean. They are so friendly in the front office and are super timely in responding to requests.

I can't say enough about Mellany. She was great to work with. I needed a place after I sold my home and she made my entire process seamless. The staff are super friendly and the property is beautiful. I love the lake. I leased a lake view and I can't wait to move in. You're away from the hustle and bustle, yet just minutes away from everything you can need, ie restaurants, grocery stores, mall and easy access to 75 and 575. I highly recommend.

So far moving in was a great experience! I was welcomed with treats in my new home and so was my dog. It’s been two days so far and I have no complaints

Although I just moved in here, I can definitely see this being a long-term home for my family and I definitely love the amenities and the apartment is so spacious . And thank you to Mellany for the awesome move in welcome & communication.

Not one complaint from me. The maintenance team is great, very clear on expectations and explaining what the problem is. I wish people would stop breaking the gates but I know it's not on the property team so I would hold it against them. Trash is always taken in time, my building is typically quiet and tend to lookout for each other. First time living in an apartment and I have enjoyed it.

At the end of the day... I just love my complex. I enjoy my walks on these beautiful fall days the trees are turning colors. The complex is ALWAYS CLEAN!!!! The staff is phenomenal great customer service &will support you @ a time of needs ... I just love it here ??????No plans to move ??

Fast response to issues by office staff and maintenance is great at giving feedback on resolutions to issues. Everyone is respectful of personal property.

As a Resident here for less thana year. I have nothing but positive reviews about this complex. I feel safe. I love raising my children here and the leasing office is very easy to communicate with. I don't have any complainants. I am at peace and very comfortable.

The Best Move ever! Everything is super convenient, it’s quit and peaceful. I love the fact that management also has something for the community to engage in.

I can’t say anything negative about the complex itself- the only complaint I have is the spiders lol. But that’s more of a complaint about GA itself. Happy to call this place home.

This apartment complex is amazing they are very timely and they cater to what the tenants need and very friendly. I would recommend this place to many people and I feel completely comfortable living here.

Love the amenities and the Staff is polite. Apartments could be upgraded for the amount of Rent. Some of the units are very outdated and some units that are the same price have upgrades, including granite countertops and beautiful appliances.

Very quiet gated community located near public transportation. As well as, ample medical facilities, shopping centers, and restaurants. Friendly leasing staff and efficient maintenance personnel.

It's a quiet nice place to live with a friendly staff. I have enjoyed living her and feeling safe and I just hate my neighbors get out of hand with the walking back and forth.
