Donna and staff are always quick to help and solve any issue in a timely fashion with care and professionalism.

Cost of living has just gotten out of hand. I really enjoyed the place but being a single income I found it cheaper renting a house with a room mate.

The apartment maintenance is good. But he common areas are always dirty like the pool walls, the dog dirt in all areas etc.

I recommend because they are great people. They are serious about what they do and are always willing to help.

From my point of view; The pool walls & water cleaning shows lack of maintenance. The Valet trash generates an ugly view in all the hallways. To much trash in hallways and gardens including dog poop

The price is very high! If you have a car and do not need to be so close to the university I would not recommend it. There are newer complexes for better prices

Y'all are an amazing apartment complex.

It has good office staff but the apartment itself isn't very big. I have had a leaking tub for months now and no one has fixed it.

I chose Lakeside primarily due to the positive reviews relative to nearby communities. I have no regrets about my choice. The unit was clean and was just as promised upon move in. I had a couple issues with appliances when we first got here, but maintenence was quick to get them fixed within a day or so. Even replaced our entire dishwasher due to a leak. Donna was our leasing agent during the application process, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly helpful and never hesitated to answer even the most mundane questions. The community is well-shaded by tall trees and has plenty of parking available. It also has an Amazon locker which makes receiving packages super simple and stress-free.

The total experience has been very good. The staff is attentive and respectful. They always responded to my requests, for which I am very grateful. The maintenance service is quick to respond and of good quality, although some request was not completed to my satisfaction. The facilities are nice and well maintained. I find the rental prices a bit high but the site is very nice.

Maintenance crew especially Jorge l found to be extremely willing and capable in performing their work.

I am always satisfied with my living here at Lakeside. The community is clean and all of the residents are kind and respectful. I am never kept up late throughout the night like other complexes I have stayed in.

The complex and where it is located is nice. My particular apartment needed more work done however, to live comfortably. Hopefully my issues will be resolved sooner, rather than later.

Our overall experience with Lakeside at Winter Park has been exceptional. Most importantly, Donna and Lisandra are really who deserve the credit for making the choice, move-in and acclimation to the community possible. Due to time constraints we had to make a quick decision and sign a lease prior to flying in from out-of-state without ever stepping foot in Florida. Simply put, these two individuals instilled confidence in your property and bent over backwards to help us through several phone calls. From personally taking pictures of the unit to assisting in the online paperwork, every request was met with a friendly, prompt response. Upon our arrival, Donna was an absolute joy to work with! Her office was buzzing with activity and we could immediately see she treats all tenants and future renters with warmth and respect. Not only was Donna ready with the keys and documents, she also spent time sharing valuable input regarding deliveries, mail, laundry, pest control, security gate, maintenance, along with local attractions, shopping and restaurant recommendations. So far we have eaten at two and both were 5 star. What an asset to your community! Regarding the apartment: It was nicely appointed and spotless! The location, view, appliances, carpeting, paint color and landscaping were exactly as described. We could not be more satisfied and a big thank you to Lakeside for all the help in making this a smooth transition.

A great complex for college students for the surrounding schools.

We really love living at Lakeside at Winter Park and plan to stay the next few years. It seems to be the only option compared to the other complexes in the area.

Nice & beautiful location but the annual rental increase is 3 times the state inflation

I moved into my boyfriends apartment here 6 months ago and I have had no good experiences. The first week I was here the garbage disposal broke and it has yet to be fixed. Our air conditioning has broke 5 times now and in Florida heat that should be something that is fixed right away. But we call the maintenance line and nothing happens so we call the office and they tell us to call the maintenance number. It’s just us calling one number after another and then once maintenance has been informed they take their sweet time to come fix it. We got back from vacation yesterday and our AC was out. They said they’d fix it immediately. It’s not 4:50 the next day (they leave at 5) and they have yet to come our way. If maintenance wasn’t so lazy and the office staff would be more on top of it this place wouldn’t be half bad.

Great customer service.

Since the first time I came to see the property, everyone was very helpful. I am a student from abroad and I needed a place near Full Sail and supermarket, bank etc. I wanted a gated community with amenities and Lakeside checked all the boxes. I really appreciated Donna with all her help during the rental contract process and Jessica for helping when I first arrived during a hurricane, they are very friendly and accessible.

Management can be slow to respond to emails/requests but that is my only complaint. The place is great! Clean apt upon move-in and great location.

This is the best place to live.

I love it, the time we had any problems was when we moved in and they were taken care of right away. The staff are very nice and are will to help if you have any problems.

Over all I'm very satisfied. I live in the smallest one bedroom apartment they offer, and it's still a decent size. I attend Full Sail University and i would recommend this apartment complex for future students. The community is nice and the pool is great. There are quit a few students living in this complex, but it's still very peaceful. My only complaint is there is only one entrance, but its really not that big of a deal. I live on a students budget, but I get a lot for my money. Most utilities are paid so that helps. It's Florida, so take advantage of paid pest control!

This complex is nice with lakes fountains, a helpful office and business center, with full gym, racket ball court, and tennis court. It is located in Winter park Fl two or three blocks away from Full Sail University, my apartment complex has a mail an garbage system. My apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one living space combined with kitchen and laundry room, dining area. Full bathrooms mirror storage 3 closets bath and shower combo, with toilets and towel racks many electrical outlets fridge oven four burner broil sink disposal dish washer balcony with closet looking over the back lake. Good parking gate at front of complex.
