Best time of my life I have wonderful times here I can’t think of a better place to be than lakeside apts everything about this place screams paradise

Great views, and love the easy access to downtown davidson. The only place that will accept my two fur babies. Very thankful to the community.

Moved in to an apartment with outlets that had water leaking in through the floor boards, outlets that don’t work, mold on the ceilings, and a my mailbox lock is broken. It’s been four days and not a single thing has been done to amend any of these issues

Love the neighborhood. It’s quiet I do feel there could be better control other than that I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and quiet environment

The neighborhood is great! The neighbors are friendly and I thoroughly enjoy the view and outside amenities. Service and maintenance resolutions have been very stressful.

Clean,Quiet and Peaceful! I feel really safe and love the Davidson Community as a whole. The property is very well maintained and the Maintance Staff are very nice and helpful.

Amazing staff! Amazing apartment complex! I love how i can walk right out my door and go and look at the lake! I also love to take my dog to the dog park daily!

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process . Ms Yolanda had a positive attitude and was able to answer all my questions, It’s a very quiet and peaceful area and the lake view is breathtaking!

We have lived here since 2021. For the first year, we really enjoyed it! The access to the local downtown was great, easy access to the highway, etc. We were fine with the lack of amenities for the price we were paying. Since then, our rent has increased nearly $400 and the quality of life has decreased. We went a while without AC, our electric bill skyrocketed even when we were OOT for a number of weeks and all lights were turned off/AC turned down. We had neighbors across the hall who were constantly smoking in the entryways, leaving butts around, had trash outside their door for days, etc. The maintenance response is slow, and often… the issues aren’t resolved. We’ve had to replace the filter many times on our own dime (the apartment did not have one when we moved in!). I was threatened to have my car towed over a misunderstanding on the company’s part (assumed I was a high schooler using the lot, rather than a resident). Etc

Great place. Super cute and well-maintained ground. Looking forward to using the lake and the hammocks. Excited about the location. Thankful they allow pets.

DONOT RENT FROM LAKESIDE!! I am a SINGLE MOM and currently a resident here, and the apartment that I moved in to had BLACK MOLD prior to me moving in that was PAINTED OVER!! The apartment is NOT HABITABLE and they have yet to do anything to rectify the situation or let me out of my lease. My children and I are in financial stress because of this!!
