Excellent place to live, the townhouses are very spacious, good accessibility, close to several main freeways, excellent customer service, quick response from the people in charge of maintenance, ample parking, quite safe, I can recommend it

Because when I cal or I go in person to the office they find a solution to my problem. Which most of the time would be my light flickering in the kitchen. I’m too short. So I can’t reach it. Other than that my apartment has never had any issues! I feel safe walking around the complex anytime. They make sure social distancing it’s exercise. A security guard it’s always making sure we are safe.

Great community the office staff is great and we all look out for each other.

Great community everyone gets along, and everyone literally knows everyone. So we all have each others back. Nice staff.

Since I moved to Houston years ago, I have lived two years in Katy. As I got a job in downtown and after look for others places, I choose to move in to LAKESIDE FOREST. Its location , the size of the Apartments, it's cleanness was just what I was looking for. I am comfortable living here as some of friends I brought to live here during these years..

Great apartment to live at I live in a 3 bedroom and it’s spacious. They are pet friendly and have things for kids to do also good schools and shopping area close by. Always quick access to I-10 highway so I would recommend my friends and family. Favorite friendly staff!!!

The manager would be precisely incompetent. Very old and very expensive rent

These apartments are such a good price for the location they're in. Very nice to know that the staff is always looking out for their residents. Iria is the manager and she is great! No matter what maintenance issue I have she and the staff make sure it's done in a timely manner. Their friendliness is what keeps me here!

was there on April the 20th in order to rent an apartment Theresa one of the employees was actually nice & helpful that day I was there with a coworker who told me about this place... she showed us a nice 1B1B on a second floor facing the pool I really liked it so I said I was going to take it... I was asked to get $150 Deposit Fee that will also assure me moving to the apartment... she said they had to do the background check & rental history see if I qualified for any specials to wait until the next day I told her I work the next day & Sat all day that I could be there Sun. she said Sun. they were closed... next thing I get a voice message on my home phone Sat night saying that I did not get any specials & that the Apt. by the pool was given away to another person... she offered another unit that was way far in the back & nowhere close to the pool... I was not happy... Mon I was there first thing but Theresa was not there... I spoke to Kimberly and Aira the manager after looking over some paperwork she said that the unit by the pool was actually still available and ask me if I still wanted it... I was a little surprised but I said ok then I'll take it so I said I could move in the 1st she said it was fine to have the electricity connected I had a bad feeling about all this so before I called Gexa (electric company) I decided to call Aira the manager and tell her about this on Fri the 28th told her I was getting the light up on the Apt. she said all good and gave me the go ahead... well 2 hours later I had already requested the service to be turned on I get a call from Theresa stating that the room by the pool WAS NOT available that the manager will give another unit with a discount of 20 bucks for the trouble... I said it before I did not want the "other" 1b1b that I never got to see anyways to please give me my money back.... I'm still waiting today... not a phone call not an e-mail and idea on when or IF I'm getting any refund SO BEWARE

Yes! I love to live in this Complex, for the location and the Management and the Maintenance Service that they have, but unfortunately The property is very old and everything is very deteriorated. When we first started living here( 4 yrs ago) the apts were so-so. More like made in the 70's fixer-uppers,but now under new management. It was a big improvement. Now need to work on the parking and we got it made.
