Lakeside Village Apartments

Lakeside Village Apartments were ideal for me as I was downsizing from a house to an apartment. The layout of the area is quite beautiful and well organized. The sense of community and security are definitely a plus. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

I truly am satisfied with the decision my family made to move here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The overall look of the property is breathtaking. I feel safe and it is fairly quiet. Would highly recommend this place.

Lakeside Village Apartments are very well maintained, and the beautiful landscaping makes it the best apartment complex in the Columbus, Georgia area that I have seen. The staff members are courteous and professional, and they are very attentive to meeting their residents' needs.

The upkeep of these apartments aren’t up to par. From the outside to the inside. The breezeway is often dirty and the grounds girl doesn’t clean at all. The stairs need to be pressure washed. Not a clean community

Lakeside Village Apartments not only is advertised as a higher quality apartment complex, the staff has been very friendly and has made this process very easy. The location is perfect and the price is well worth the quality of life you get living here. Id recommend it to anyone who has a high standard of living.

The overall living of this place is excellent and I've never meet a more professional staff. Pretty much the reason that sold me untop of the apartment itself. Everything was clean has a few things to wipe down but nothing crazy. Everything was move in ready and all I had ti do was put my stuff in there. It's as quiet as an apartment can be small construction noise but even that's not a bother and your far from the road that it really don't even bother you. Finally rating over 8.5 outta 10

I am very pleased with my move in here at Lakeside Village. This beautiful property has great amenities to go along with a pristine location offering much convenience from traveling to and from work being right next to the highway, to the nearby eateries all just a minute walk from your doorstep. The staff at the property are welcoming, very professional and are quick to action any issues that may come about. I am happy with my decision to move to this area and I am very proud to be a member of such a great community.

I have only lived in Lakeside Village for a short period of time so far, but already have a few complaints that now have me second guessing my decision to move in. Whenever I call the office for assistance I get some one who tells me they are not on site but will contact the people who are and they will get back to me. I have had this occur 8 times and haven't heard back once. I also noticed that some things had been moved and I asked my boyfriend if he moved them and he said no. It it very strange. I have read a previous review that staff has a tendency to come in unannounced. This definitely is worrisome and makes me uncomfortable. I hate to be all negative. The pool is amazing and my view of the lake is great. The gates work well and the parking has not been a problem this far. I have had one employee in the office be very helpful, but most still tend to be lazy and not willing to go out of their way to assist you.

Lakeside village was actually suggested to us by a leasing consultant who worked for the sister apartments called sugar mill. Once my husband and i drove into the complex we knew it was our home. it is pure paradise to live here. they even helped us out with our deposit. we paid $90 for a deposit on an $850 apartment! they always have free coffee, water, popcorn, cotton candy, a towel service. and they are dog friendly! no weight limit! its absolutely the best apartment complex in columbus.

Great amenities, beautiful granite counter tops, and awesome view of the lake. I love my apartment, but have a few complaints about the staff. I have called the front desk multiple times to ask questions and I always get someone who is off site and says they will have some one contact me. No one has ever contacted me back on any of these calls.
