Which in return, is going to force the people who have been here for years, to leave their home. It will also take away the opportunity for affordable housing in a wonderful, safe area, which their isn't a lot of. I still don't know what the new companies name is. I know the manager of the properties name is Victoria, whom of which I have spoken to and the apathetic behavior seems to be a pattern for all employees. They state their hours publicly but when I & others try to call the office during said hours, no one answers. Their have been a few times I have tried to go to the office during "open hours" and they were closed. I normally try not to write a review unless it is a positive one. But I feel if anyone is considering this place, I would suggest otherwise. I don't believe for the amount of rent they charge is worth dealing with them and what your actually getting from your unit & property. I will be leaving this property & not staying because of the uncomfortable atmosphere, rude behavior, and inappropriateness the new management has displayed.
One time, with a particular situation I had, I talked with Kenzie (office employee) & at the end, I asked if she would like me to follow up with her at a later date or if I should wait for her call (I was trying to be considerate of her "busy work schedule") & she said, "No, you better call me because this is more important to you than it is me." & basically proceeded to tell me she was to busy, she didn't have to say that because her attitude & behavior projected it. This new company plans to come into all unites and update the property. This is beneficial, yes, but this also means they are going to rack up the price on rent, significantly.
I love this apartment! Located off of barryroad. Its the perfect place for your first apartment or for anyone who likes a relaxed location. First of all they're huge! I live in a 2 bedroom,1139 sq ft, for $689 a month! Its super spacious and very quiet and calm which is perfect for my little family! The deck could be bigger but it has a nice view of the lake. We don't really run into our neighbors a lot but the ones we do see are very friendly! Its also in a very safe, low traffic area. The only downside is they are not updated. There is washer and dryer hookups and dishwasher and oven. Also the maintenance could be a little bit better. You cant really beat the proce! Especially for the area! Super close to zona rosa, grocery stores, and popular resturants!
