The process for the move-in was quick and easy. Providing documentation and getting approved went way faster than I expected. This complex and apartment look great inside and out, plus it's a gated community!
Maintenance is very good and they are professional. I would no longer recommend the property to anyone due to the Astronomical amount currently being charged for the Rent.
Jackson Pointe is a very attractive location to live. High on a mountain top with walking trails with beautiful nature views. Gated community with security staff.

Property is very nice and peaceful, with the exception of ONE neighbor in particular. Also, the rent is TOO HIGH and in todays climate of Homelessness, I believe our community should not raise the rent this year and maybe explore raising the rent next year. That would be a beautiful gesture for all of the Tenants.
I really love it here. I have great neighbors and the Office team is great and quick in resolving or responding any issues I may have. This location is near my Doctor's office and there is plenty of shopping nearby. I also feel safe going and coming.
Very quiet and clean resident. Maintance are very nice and professional.
Sandy is the best property manager. Her reputation exceeds herself. She is always available to residents when in need
Jackson Pointe 111 is a townhome community with awesome views with great floorplans.
Great place to live, very family friendly and the townhomes are setup very intuitively. We have been here for 6 years and love it.

I've live here since 2019 and have enjoyed every minute. No complaints. Management has been great and the place is kept clean. I feel secure and safe . I have gotten to know and love my friendly neighbors. The community is accessible to shopping and freeways.
Jackson Pointe is a little slice of heaven with fantastic views overlooking the Sweetwater reservoir. Super quiet and friendly neighbors, we are so lucky to call this place home!
