Parkling violation
We were at Lakeview picking up our daughter from a friends on Superbowl Sunday, the office was closed. There are NO signs in front of the office parking spot signs that state you can't park there 24/7. We were inside for 10 minutes and came out to a parking violation and tow threat taped to our car. And when I say taped my entire owner side window was covered in clear tape that now will not fully come off of my window. Over 10 minutes..... Seriously, do you watch those spots all day every day? Someone needs a life and a little grace.

Mandy is the BEST
These apartments rock. The 3 bedrooms are massive, the bedrooms are big, comes with great storage and Mandy is very officiant and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone! Great location, far enough from the city but close enough for errands and fun!!

Lakeview Apartments have the best manager (Mandy)!!
The apartments themselves are very nice. A little on the small side, but that is to be expected with the monthly rent. The only thing I would have a complaint about is the parking situation. There is enough for one spot per unit, and the lot is very compact. There is street parking close, but it fills up fast and can be inconvenient. I have a lower unit, which is a 2 bed and 1 bath, and the upstairs can get loud and the neighbors like to spit off their balcony. But other than that I have no complaints. Mandy, the manager, is very easy to talk to and get ahold of. She is always very pleasant and helpful and the best feature of these apartments! All the appliances are newer and the countertops are granite. There isn't much storage inside, but there is a large, lockable, insulated storage unit on the back porch, which is nice. Overall we love it here!
