Great staff and community. My apartment is so spacious and maintenance is on top of things

I am coming up on one year at my place and I love it. I am right at the front the maintenance lives under me. My apartment was fully upgraded. I have not seen any pests in my home it’s quiet the office is always willing to help you if can’t pay right away. I hope to stay here for many more years to come.

Lived here for a year now ,everything is pretty good for price. You may or may not get the granite countertops and updated cabinets depending on the unit,water pressure is good ,neighbors are somewhat quiet,office is good with keeping you updated. Only downsides are Visitor parking is free until 5 visits then its $3.50 eveytime, Not very well insulated, and windows creak since these are older built apartments.

I love this place, might try to move back soon. Lives here two years and don’t have a single complaint they were always amazing to me plus my apartment was tuck in the back I loved it so much!

I've lived here going on 5 years and between the ladies in the office and the maintenance guys, I've never had a bad experience. I hope I don't have to move out of here anytime soon. I highly suggest living here if it's the right fit for you. Bryan S.

I have called LVT my home for 3plus years and we LOVE it here?? The complex is clean and quiet and the staff are amazing and we call them our friends not just our landlord!They have been more than helpful and supportive throughout this crazy pandemic (THANK YOU LADIES ??Amber, Crystal and Ella you all rock) We look forward to to getting our reserved parking space after 5 years???? If you’re looking for a great place to live come to LVT!!

I just want to thank Lakeview Terrace & The Club @ Springlake for taking such wonderful care of their tenants during the hard time everyone has faced with the snow and ice storm. I want to thank our maintenance man for going far and beyond getting our water turned back on. He worked so hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. I've only been here about a week, but I've received four email requests to review the apartments. So, here it goes... 1. The property is okay so far. Common spaces seem well maintained--no complaints there. 2. There are roaches everywhere, which I noted on my inventory sheet when I moved in. We'll see how quickly that's addressed. 3. My neighbor(s) smoke in and/or around their apartment(s), so sometimes my bathrooms and dining area smell like cigarettes. Not thrilled about that. 4. Came home to find that maintenance had entered the apartment to work on some of the items listed in the inventory sheet. I live alone, so of course I was freaked out to arrive and find obvious signs of entry with no warning. An email beforehand would be great next time. Again, I've only been here a week. I'll update my review in a couple of months.

Apartment size is perfect. The complex is quiet. Maintenance request are assessed quickly.

Staff and most neighbors are great! It's a down to earth, friendly and diverse atmosphere!

I have been living here for 5 years and I love it. The staff are friendly and professional. If I have a problem like a maintenance repair...all I have to do is call the office and talk to the staff and they put in a work order and my problem is fixed. Since I’ve been here I have had no bad experiences.... the property is quiet, regularly landscaped, and clean. I recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to live. ??
