Beautiful

If you like the convenience of the city and a little bit of nature this is the place for you! It's located close to 94 and there is a beautiful lake behind the building for boating, talking a nice walk, a beach, playground and places for BBQing. The parking spaces are outside, and the garage space is nice too, with bathrooms located inside for when you are outside in the back area. The caretaker has been with the property for a long time and he is very helpful and always polite, and available too! The layout of the apartments are what you'd expect and the tenants are good people too. There are helpful businesses located within a 5 mile radius so you don't even have to drive far for gas, groceries, car repairs and restaurants!
