Lakota Lake Apartments

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Even though it’s an older complex, it’s lovely once you get into your actual apartment. It’s only our second day here and we are loving it!!! Amanda and Carrie are amazing! Very helpful but brief so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. The welcome packet is great for setting up WiFi and understanding the rules! The park, pool, and field seem to be in good shape as well!! Decently priced ! Affordable!

I lived here for a few years, it’s been down hill since day one. The buildings are literally rotting. If you would actually want to tour an apartment pick a random building and walk the halls and then get back into your car and be glad you didn’t actually waste your time meeting with the horrible office staff. I’m not sure how they are even allowed to rent these apartment they aren’t safe.

I have a hard time believing the 5 star reviews are from real people. I don't live here but I visit fairly often. They do not take care of this place. Carpet is nasty and stained in the hallways. They never vacuum carpet or mop entryways. dumpsters are always overflowing and trash blowing everywhere. Lights are out in the entry ways. Holes in all the walls in almost all hallways that aren't patched correctly. Halls are stained and brownish from not being painted in years. Water stains in the ceilings., balconies are rotting and unsafe. And it's getting worse.

Unfortunately, after only a week we had to move out of these apartments due to an infestation. When we initially entered the apartment it smelled of old glue and the air conditioner in the main bedroom had mold covered completely around the outside of it. There where a few minor problems that wouldn’t have mattered, but Roaches is something that I can’t handle. The apartments agent we were in contact with was very responsive and made sure to let us know bi-weekly treatments will be done to the building. This is a problem when you want to move furniture in and have to worry about it being exposed to bugs. We only brought a mattress in because immediately we were worried. We were told not to treat the roaches ourselves which was hard given we lived there and again: they only come every two weeks. We were able to leave the lease, but without the full deposit. Be careful of who may have lived in these spaces before you. When speaking with the neighbor he said he knew about our apartment in particular. Thank you!

The location is convenient for access to I-75. Other than that the newer management has allowed the facility to go further into disrepair. The staff seems to feel as if we need them more than they need us.

I found my ideal apartment with all the amenities I could ask for. Rent is cheaper than the last place I lived, but Lakota Lake makes it feel like a luxury apartment. I love the friendly staff and the view of the lake from my apartment.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The scenery of the place is just beautiful, the apartments are also very well taken care of with lots of space. Many activities for kids to do, they also have a fitness room. They pay for trash and heat, thats a plus! There is also a bark park for your dogs of course.

Lakota was a great experience. Was very welcoming, very nice scenery. Very respectful staff. Overall a very great experience

Today I had went to several different apartments looking to start the next chapter in my life and was amazed with Lakota Lake. Their staff were helpful and kind. I hope to be moving in this November!

I love the spacious apartments and friendly staff! Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. This is hands down the best place I've ever lived so far. There is a gym on the property and a nice playground for kids. I highly recommend this complex.

I am currently in the process of applying to Lakota Lake and so far it has been so easy! the staff is extremely friendly and helpful given that this would be my first ever living space of my own it's so nice to have people there to help and walk me through it !!

Gorgeous environment, with high quality rooms. The staff is helpful! It’s also in a great area with a lot of stuff to do around it. Really close to I-75!

Very friendly staff. Huge lake in the middle of the grounds, spacious rooms, nice balconies and plenty of storage space. The location is very convenient to plenty of retail stores. Highly recommend Lakota Lake apartments!

i saw these apartments online and they stood out to me. i gave them a call and we set up and tour and when i arrived everyone was friendly and helpful. Elaine gave me all the information i needed and took me on a tour and the apartment was beautiful, we loved it! can’t wait to call this place my home!!!!

Lakota Lake apartments are very nice, and Elaine was super helpful. Great view, and the apartments were very nice. Elaine is super helpful with walking through the process of getting an apartment. Very easy, and nice. Highly recommended.

This is an affordable apartment complex with a wonderful lake view. There is a soccer field and a basketball court, good to live here with kids. The office workers are very kind and were very helpful. Got to see couple rooms and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The area is close to all the stores. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Megan was very helpful and informative. The property is very well maintained and nice. Located right next to the highway and many stores. Great schools and location. Tons of amenities as well, the lake is beautiful. Looking forward to calling this place home

Elaine was very friendly and informational during my tour this afternoon. She made sure all of my questions were answered. After viewing the unit it had been raining and she even went above and beyond to wipe off our seat on the golf cart. She is making the process of finding a new home a smooth one!!

The staff was very nice and friendly. Everyone was very helpful. The lake is beautiful and there are many wonderful amenities. The apartments seemed very quiet and clean. The property itself was very nice.

I went to Lakota Lakes & the office staff was friendly just like they were on the phone when I scheduled an appointment. They showed me around and the place was absolutely beautiful. Clean , well put together and organized. I highly recommend Lakota Lakes for people looking for amazing management and apartment plans .

Such an amazing and helpful staff! Love the area, the apartments have been newly renovated and the neighborhood is very friendly. I initially when in for a studio apartment, but Gwen was able to show me a 1 bedroom that completely covers all my needs!

I viewed a variety of apartments and this one was the best in my price range. The staff was friendly and the apartment was clean and spacious for its size. I don't live there yet but hopefully it's as nice as it seemed when I was checking it out!

My visit was excellent. What was impressive was how clean the area was. The lake was very clean and very good taken care of. Also the ladies in the office were super nice and very fast to help me and get me information on the apartments.

Looking for a new place to live, the team at Lakota Lake Apartments were very helpful in terms of helping me understand which layouts and apartments they have. Considering the number of amenities for the lease cost, it is a great value. It is also in a very convenient location being so close to I-75.

We are planning to move here because we like location, neighborhood, people, security, cleanness.

my husband and I just bought our first home but have lived here for the past 3 years. really enjoyed our time. the rent is high but not over priced for what we get out of it and especially for living in west chester. I will miss having the grass cut for us and a maintenance team that takes care of everything. thanks to the office staff for being so friendly!

I toured the property today and it is so big and so much to do. The apartments were large and so clean.

This is my first apartment and it's awesome. My apartment is so cute and faces the lake so I have a great view. My favorite part is the dog park. It's nice not having to take my dog somewhere else.

Very friendly staff and fast responding maintenance crew. Right off of I-75 with ample shopping and dining choices right across the street. Wonderful amenities, updated floor plans and many acres of beautiful green space. The perfect place to call “Home”.

Very nice clean living environment would recommend to anybody.......by far best apartment complex I’ve tried to rent from and will be looking forward to moving here the office people was nice and patient with me while I was asking questions and helped me in any kind of way they could possible

Lakota Lake is a very nice first apartment for new renters or a solid value that is very close to 75. I lived here a year and it was a very uneventful renting experience which is a good thing. There are a few things that you will encounter but is expected. The walls are a little thin and if you have a upstairs neighbor you will hear walking above you. This is the product of an older complex and you will get acclimated and will tune it out. The traffic fluctuates depending on where you are and in the winter the road is maintained very well. Overall it isn't terrible and isn't going to blow you away. It rests somewhere in the middle and the reason I gave it 4 stars was the office staff. They are very friendly and are understanding about most things.

Their staff is very helpful and it's a really nice community. The pool is a plus and don't forget the catch and release fishing lake.

While I was here, the complex went under new management and got completely renovated! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are far beyond anything you will find anywhere else: dog park, swimming pool, community garden, community wifi lounge, exercise trail, and a priceless view of the lake. Additionally, all the staff here are are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I've been living here for 6 months, I knew that this was a great apartment complex! The amenities and community are fantastic, with an incredibly nice gym (with all equipment clean/maintained), beautiful pool area, office/hangout space and a movie theater. Plus, the apartments themselves are super nice. The kitchen/living area/bedrooms are spacious and super nice. Very Good Community live with Family and Friends. Moved here 2 months ago, yesterday my AC unit went bad.... Called Maintenance and within 3 hours they replaced it!!!! I highly recommend Lakota Lake Apt.!!

Been here 2 years, and we're planning on a third. It's quiet and clean in my building, F, and we've never had any issue with the office workers, or maintenance.

I have been here almost 4 months & really like it. They take good care of the property & are always cleaning/updating something (such as painting doors). Most of the staff is very nice/friendly. Having a laundry room in the building is very nice & it is always clean. The money card pay system for the laundry is a great idea & a very helpful thing. The Lake is Beautiful of course & has a walking path.

I moved in a year ago and just renewed phenomenal group of people to be apart of. Also it’s right of the expressway!!

This place feels very homey! It has lots of unique features to it and plenty of activities to do right outside your doorstep. My favorite features being the dog park and lake path beautiful view. The people working here are very friendly as well.
