Office is never open. The phones are never answered. The woman “working” in the office is rude and changes the office hours based on her home life. They text everyone with the same msgs even though they don’t involve anyone but 1 tenant. They lost my contract and made up a number that was way over my move in special for rent. They had no one living in my apartment In Their computer system till I threatened to take them to court. Hope you don’t have a night job much less grave yard shift cause they start all work before 8 am. There is not just mold but black mold in every apartment I have personally seen. Maintenance has called me profanities and they will keep your packages in the office and not give them to you. Hot water only lasts 5-10 min and that after it’s already been worked on 3 times. Garbage disposal breaks all the time and they won’t come fix anything until you put in about 12 work orders over the span of about 3 months. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life!!! And bugs even though you pay for pest spray monthly they which they do not do!

I've been in the apartment for only 3 months and this has been the worst experience I've ever had. I pay my rent on time, I'm clean and I'm quite and keep to myself. I've had countless conversations with the apartment manager and who I thought was the maintenance man, but informed me he is the maintenance helper about the repairs that need to be done to my apartment. I've called, texted and left notes in the drop box and to this very second no resolution AT ALL. In spite of it all i continued to pay my rent faithfully in good faith that one day I'll come home from work and repairs would be all done. The week of thanksgiving I reported a leak from the ceiling that was not repaired but instead patched up and the patchwork is cracking. I reported that water is leaking from the sink in the kitchen the maintenance helper comes out to only suck out the water and to tell me that he does not have authorization to fix, diagnose, or repair the issue that has been reported. We stood in my living room for 30 minutes arguing on why the repairs have not been done since my move in date of September the 12th of 2017 and all he could tell me was that he was the helper and that I need to talk to the lady in the office he is just the middleman not the actual maintenance man and the issue that I reported is not serious enough and can wait until tomorrow. I moved here due to Hurricane Harvey, but just like Harvey this just another situation that have ran me out of here as well, very poor, management, customer service, a very uncomfortable living situation

Bed bug infested please don't move ya kids or ya family here. You will wake up itching and ya skin will need chamomile. I am truly living a nightmare here. I have had to sleep in multiple hotels. Bed bugs everywhere please take your money elsewhere. The cheap cable and electricity is not a plus when your getting bite every night by bed bugs. Roaches are everywhere too. Please lord please don't move here. I have three children that must sleep on top of me some nights to deal with bedbugs. I have lost plenty of sleep and my work life is horrible now...just imagine something biting you while you sleep and it don't matter where you move they will follow
