My husband and I have lived in this apartment complex for the past 6 years. We started in 1 bedroom unit on second floor and after two years, upgraded to the 2 bedrooms on a ground floor. We loved Travis, who was the manager that used to work here. The good parts of this apartment are the quiet environment, speedy responses to work orders, friendly and helpful staffs, and overall affordability. My only complaints are the water temperature in shower, which fluctuates quite often, and package displacement. If you live on ground floor, there may be more bug problems--we didn't have any bug problem when we lived on 2nd floor, but noticed tons of ants/spider/silverfish problems when we lived on ground floor. The apartment is prompt when we notify the issue but unfortunately there are still bugs around. Never had problem with flooding. The parking lot is cleared of snow rather fast. They keep the place clean. It's quiet and peaceful.

The double-key entry makes me feel safer than normal. The apartment itself is a wonderful layout with enough space to "breathe" in and yet stays cozy. The leasing agents are also very approachable with whatever apartment-related need may come up!
The staff is very accommodating. The grounds are well kept. Adequate parking. Near Arvada stuff, pretty good.
I really enjoy living here because of the proximity to Olde Towne and the nice environment. They're affordable for Colorado and the staff is friendly. It's in a quiet area and is walking distance to two parks as well as just a few minutes' drive to a King Soopers. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

This is an older complex however, the parking is really easy, the apartment is super quiet, the pool is nice and for the most part, everyone is super friendly. We just got our kitchen updated which also made a huge difference! I would definitely recommend living here also considering how close to Olde Town and i70 it is in a great location.

I've lived here for something like 7ish years now. They've always been good and accommodating. I also lived here back in 2008-2009 in a different apartment, and things were good then too. They're quick to fix issues and my place has been kept in good shape. My rent went up a large sum one time during the pandemic, but they did not increase it this year! That was nice.

I have lived here for 5yrs. and No Complaints. I like the fact that the buildings are secure. No one can just walk in, everyone has to have a key. The complex is quiet, grounds are very well kept. The employees here are always helpful, friendly. If something needs to be fixed it's done the next day usually. Depending on the repair. Management is Great. Poor building management, constant increases in fees with no additional amenities. Rent is never the same per month and now theyre charging service fees for any online payments. Not to mention neighbors are noisy, people leave trash and block building entrances and nothing changes

I have absolutely loved living at Lamar Village! It was a great starter apartment! My unit was newly renovated and I had no big issues with anything and if I did maintenance is always on top of any maintenance requests. It’s very quiet and peaceful and the grounds are well maintained! I enjoyed the security of the package room as well as locked doors to the the buildings! Staff is very friendly and helpful! I have absolutely no complaints about Lamar Village and I’m going to miss it!

This complex is very nice and the one-bedroom layout is very comfortable and feels bigger thatn what the square footage says. Management and maintenance are quick to respond to calls. Also, it's very close driving distance to many large shopping plazas on Sheridan and Wadsworth. Very secure and great place to live.

I just renewed my lease to live here for the second year. Lamar Village is a quiet and peaceful little community. Close to old town, groceries, restaurants, farmers market, the library and breweries there is always something to do nearby. Our property manager Julia is always cooking up an idea or two to celebrate holidays, the opening of the pool or other fun little ideas to make it a community not just a complex. I would love to see some community grills and picnic tables especially by the pool but over all it's a great place to live.

When I started looking for an apt what attracted me to Lamar Village was the reasonable rent. I had no idea this place was as nice as it is to live here. I’ve lived here a few months and being single I feel very safe especially with the security doors. It’s very quiet and the grounds are so well kept. Grass is always kept cut and beautiful flowers blooming. I’ve never seen trash lying around or dog poop, it’s kept so clean. Julia, our community manager, does an amazing job here,so on top of everything always. A nice kind lady. She helped me so much with computer etc when applying. Our maintenance guys are also amazing. As soon as a work order put in, I had to once, Julia and team are right on it. I’m so happy I found this place , it’s homey, I ‘m so happy here.

Lamar Village is a very peaceful community! The leasing office always sends out monthly newsletters which are very helpful. I love their package lockers and the convenience of having the laundry/dryer in the same building. It's a great place to live!

Travis and his team has always been fantastic and welcoming and truly want you to love where you live. I’ve been here almost 2 years and have never had any issues at all. Living at Lamar Village has been a great pleasure. I'm in love with my modern bathroom layout and the window lighting in my apartment. Horrible company. Horrible complex. AC unit was out most of the time I was there. I notified them in person multiple times but there was never any work done. Cigarette smoke invaded my apartment from the floor below, again there was no action here. Trash smells from other apartments constantly permeated the apartments. Laundry was stolen whenever we used the washing machines there. Shady things happen in the parking lot at all times. Stolen cars being parted out. Hook ups or drug deals every night. Gun shots from the surrounding neighborhood as well. Owners are not caring, greedy individuals who'll do nothing but stand behind their lease. Don't sign up here, they will take every chance to take advantage of their tenants and never provide service.
