Property Ratings at Lancaster Living Apartments
With rents skyrocketing everywhere, this affordable community in the middle of nowhere is a great value. Even though I work in Victoria, with commuting its still affordable. Management is attentive and apartment was remodeled last year. The place is quiet and those noisy trucks are gone. Pet friendly too!
My experience at the Lancaster Living Apartments has been very good. The community is friendly and the location is peaceful. The apartments are also large with lots of space.
The area is nice and is always kept clean. Very quite community. Nice place to stay for a single person or family. Nice AC systems and appliances kept my bills low.
Horribly dangerous and painful stairs, inconsistent and intrusive landlord, inconsistent maintenance, poor parking situation, smells permeate from other apartments into yours, loud trucks all over the area Non-Stop, poor Cooling in bedroom. Do not recommend at all.
