I've lived here for over a year, recently renewed my lease, and have been very happy here! I especially appreciate the open floor plans, high ceilings, and big windows with lots of natural sunlight (and great views on higher floors!). It's a great location, right around the corner from Safeway, stores, restaurants, etc., and easy to catch the Circulator going downtown. The new management has been great too -- very responsive, and always looking for ways to add little extra perks (recently started providing free fruit and snacks in the lobby) which make this place feel even more like home.
I have been here for almost a year and I will be staying. I love the windows and how much natural light I get in my apartment. My apartment is beautiful. I have only had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were addressed very quickly. I have seen good things happening since Sovereign Properties has started managing here. Debbie in the office is so sweet, customer service is not lost! She makes me feel at home everytime I see her.
I have lived at City View Lofts for just over a year and I had a great experience. The unit is spacious and there is a lot of natural sunlight which has been nice during the work from home environment. It is also nice to have on-site management and maintenance. The location is also convenient to many errands, restaurants, charm city circulator and easy access to 83. My favorite amenity, though, is the rooftop deck-it is fun to go up there with friends and see what I think is the best view of Baltimore.
I moved into City View Apartments on August 1st and so far, I really enjoy my new space. I came in during a transition from previous owners and finished all of my paperwork with the new owners (Sovereign property mgmt). I was skeptical at first but they were actually way more professional and responsive than the previous owners. From the property manager Debbie to the maintenance team Johnny, they really make this place feel like home. There has been so many changes and necessary updates to the interior since they took over and I love to see a property management care about their rental units, common area space, and safety. They’ve even incorporated community things to enjoy for the tenants. On top of all of that, I absolutely love my apartment and the way it looks. So chic and modern. The price is also very reasonable!
Landbank Lofts is a must-see community. The building itself is an antique, classic, yet refurbished bank. All of the units have NEW appliances, flooring, plumbing, etc. The units are also sound-proof for the most part, for convenience and peace of mind. The community has gated parking for protection, is pet-friendly, and has an amazing rooftop/outside terrace which has an AMAZING view of the city. Being a great representative, Sameena was so kind to help me find a place that I liked. Thank you Landbank! -Christopher Lee
