Landing at St Augustine

So far everyone has been extremely kind and helpful the apartment is nice and spacious. The grounds are beautiful. I just got my keys yesterday and all went smooth

All good except the fountain in the pond hasn't been working for months! I rented my apartment facing the pond and haven't been able to enjoy it.

Nice place, very well kept. Feels like living in a safe community. As well as how often the buildings are being cleaned it really helps me feel good about living here.

Absolutely love it here so far!! Front staff is amazing and super helpful. I worked with Faith and she is the absolute best!! Answered all my questions, worked with me on the entire process and couldn’t have asked for a better representative.

great view facing east bike trail close by. but have tp carry my bike up 3 flights of stairs, downtown close by beach close by, clean safe place pricing is comming down a little

Great place to live! Nice apartments and staff. The only issue I have ran into is that the walls are very thin so I can hear my neighbors quite often.

The moment we saw the ad to the moment we met Stephen and the rest of the landing community it felt to good to be true. Stephen had our family moved in quick and easy and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. It has been super quiet since the day we moved into the community, everyone has been super nice and it is a very nice family oriented complex.

Still the same review as before. Walls are thin so the noise is frustrating. Also some people don’t pick up their dogs poop. Other than that, no complaints!

I am loving every bit of this place. Can't wait until its warm enough to go check out the pool with the kids. Beautiful kitchen, fiber optic internet, and a massive bathtub. Not to mention the trash service. We are getting spoiled living here.

Faith is professional, knowledgeable, personable and polite. She was a pleasure to work with. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to rent at The Landing. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. I’m excited to start a new chapter!!

The Landing at St. Augustine offers fun events for residents as well as beautiful amenities! We enjoy the various types of food trucks that come weekly and the different event offered!

Great location. The apartment is very nice and big. I wish they had an elevator hopefully in the future. I live in the 3rd floor and it’s very tiring coming up with groceries.

I love it here most definitely love the location and the view of the sunset are the best most definitely love oh the a grocery store right next to the us so we don’t have to go anywhere

The landing st Augustine apartments are very nice and the customer service is great. The landings workers are very helpful and kind. I recommend.

I haven’t had many issues this time around… with the exception of my ceiling leaking a few times. Other than that (and having super thin walls), I don’t have many complaints !

The administration team is great, they are kind, knowledgeable and helpful, I also appreciate the reminders to change my air filter every month!

Great community to live in. One small downside is they don't have elevators for those who are not on the bottom floor but other than that it is a great community. Everyone tends to mind their own and just live and let live. Good living experience

I have enjoyed living at the landing for 2 years! My apartment is cozy and comfortable and close to downtown. There are some things that can be improved such as overall maintenance of buildings, light fixtures and trash. However overall it is a nice apartment complex

I have never submitted an application for an apartment sight unseen. I did with the Landing and it was a very smooth process from beginning to end thanks to Bernie. So far it has been a really great experience

Stephen was wonderful! He made the whole process a breeze! Wonderful place to live. Close to everything. 2 pools, fitness room, dog park, packages brought right to your doorstep, valet trash, 5-7 min to the beach and downtown area

In my honest opinion this was by far one of the easiest things I have done. From talking to the leasing agent to moving in the process was as painless as possible. Very nice and clean community and the amenities are a great bonus. 10/10 would recommend

Its a nice quiet place to live with great amenities. Rent prices are reasonable for the area too. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

I moved recently, I enjoy how clean the common areas are kept and how prompted they were to solve a minor issue in our apartment. I do not like the fact that most of the time the gate is opened, they advertised the complex as gated but it is hated only if the gate works so that's something that should be fixed. Other than that, I enjoy the food trucks visiting the complex and I can't wait for the activities that bring the neighbors together.

My husband and I moved to the Landing a month ago and we absolutely love it. It is by far the best place we have ever lived. We love going to the pool or for a walk around the safe neighborhood. It is also a very convenient location to anything we need. Faith was so helpful through this entire moving process and any time we have a question or concern she is available. Thank you Faith!

The apartments are really pretty and nice! The maintenance guys have been absolutely amazing at helping us and everyone is so sweet. I like the tall ceilings

I feel like I live in a very safe clean community There is a lot of care in creating events for families, and even consideration for pets amenities are always up-to-date and I’m proud when I bring friends over.

Almost everything in unit needed to be fixed upon moving in. No hot water, dryer was broken, ceiling fan falling out of the roof, lights not working, all of it.

First 3 months has been good. Neighborhood is quiet and amenities are always clean. Office staff is very pleasant. Food truck and movie nights are a great touch

I absolutely love living at the landing it is my favorite place! Definately renewing my lease! My favorite thing here is the pool I go everyday!

Me and my wife love living here so far. The office is very quick to respond with issues. We love the amenities provided. The location feels like its just a short drive anywhere you would need to get to.

No place to store your bikes , i have to walk them up 3 flights of stairs, the pools get too warm by early july, but a nice and clean place to be

Faith guided us through the entire process making it as easy as possible. There were a few obstacles but none were at the fault of management. Air conditioning broke first day, but was promptly repaired. And a couple minor repairs were needed on move in but all appliances are functioning and the unit was clean.

I’m enjoying living at The Landing Apartments! The leasing office staff are quick to respond to any requests for maintenance services. The grounds are kept clean! It’s a decent place to live.

Staff in the leasing office were very welcoming and understanding! They were so helpful and responded quickly when something was misunderstood!

The front office staff is very kind. The maintenance staff member, Paul, is very knowledgeable and quick. The Landing is pretty clean and enjoyable to be at.

Everything has been fantastic here. The move in process was smooth, the staff is friendly, the location is fantastic, and the apartments and amenities are really nice. My only complaint is that there are no bike racks to park your bike, and bikes are confiscated if left in unauthorized places. There are storage units available for rent, but otherwise I would have to keep my bike in my apartment, which is on the third floor, so that is not an option. As someone who rides their bike quite often this is pretty frustrating. Otherwise I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Landing in St. Augustine.

The most friendly leasing agents I’ve worked with to day. They’ve made the whole application process seem less and stress free. This is my first time applying for an apartment and I am so thankful for how easy they make this process

I love it! I wish the gates would work more often but so far so good! Faith is very helpful. She helped me move in and create maintenance requests which they completed the next day.
