Property Ratings at Landing Heights
I have lived in Landing Heights since 2020 and have not had a single complaint in my time being here, it is very quiet and privately located. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly, I am amazed at how quickly things get done! All in all i am very happy and feel safe at Landing Heights! Would highly reccomend this complex as a great place to live
This complex is operating under very unfair business practices. The rental agent will make an appointment with you to show you an apartment. You arrive within the hour and once you get there she tells you someone else came along in the meantime and submitted an application. You are told to call back to see if that person that came behind you qualifies and if not you are next in line. Are you kidding? This is minimally the second person she has done this to in the past few months. Either she has not been trained correctly (she just started there in the Summer)or is just super unprofessional. What business commits to an appointment and then screws you over less than an hour later. Perhaps it would help if there was a model for people to tour immediately but there isn't. I am checking to see who to file a formal complaint with including the BBB but in the meantime I wanted to get the word out. This is no way to operate a business.
I have lived here since 2017. Beautiful up to date property. Management is professional and friendly! Maintenance takes care of everything in a timely manner. Could not recommend this place more!!
I absolutely LOVE living here! I cannot say enough about the people that work here, they're all amazing. And the maintenance guys are THE BEST!! They're super friendly, exceptionally professional, and do superior work. The buidings and the landscape are so beautifully kept I really don't want to live anywhere else!
I have lived here at Landing Heights for 9 years now. When I say these people will are helpful, caring, and beyond friendly. if you have a problem, not even 24hrs later will they will have it all fixed. I rarely have an issue but if you need anything they are always so helpful. It is relatively quiet people are friendly to one another say hello when they pass by you and ask how things are going. they make improvements to the property from time to time. they maintenance staff is so hard working they keep the grounds clean and well kept; they are friendly so treat them nicely. If you walk like an 800 lb elephant take a bottom level apartment that's my only suggestion. It is right on off the expressway you can get to anywhere within 15-20 mins, Greece, Gates, Victor, Webster, Fairport, etc.... it is honestly the perfect spot and if you take the bus just walk right out your front door theirs a bus pick up right there. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people I am around, so if you move here please be kind to all the staff, your neighbors, don't be nosy, take the mischievous activities elsewhere, have some respect and I'm sure you'll be here for the long haul.
Great apartment complex, lived in for 4 years until me and my wife bought our first house. You cannot beat the location - everything in Rochester is right there. Great owners and the property manager Andrew and his team are on top of everything. We never had an urgent issue but all non-urgent issues were fixed within a day - including our cat clogging the drain with his fake mice. Twice. Only complaint in 4 years was the restriction on pet ownership - no more than 1 cat. Had great neighbors and privacy, easy to forget you're in an apartment. I'll miss this place!
I have always steered away from complex living. Imaging all of the affordable ones to be outdated, noisy, and full of screaming children. I was living in a City house apartment with my boyfriend when we got robbed, and I decided I no longer cared about smelling my neighbors cooking, hearing their children screaming, or living with an outdated kitchen. In our hunt for a new apartment we found Landing Heights, and I was so impressed and all of my fears of complex living were quickly wiped away. The kitchen is not only updated, but also beautiful. The carpet is a nice neutral berber and will go with any type of decor, and it was the CLEANEST apartment I have ever moved in too. They had professionally cleaned the carpets, replaced the toilets (yes, brand new toilets), replaced the shower/tub lining in both bathrooms, and freshly painted every room. Each apartment has a porch or patio (depending on which floor), everyone is friendly and for the most part keep to themselves. The parking is amazing too - no more street navigating or panic of a ticket for being on the wrong side of the road. This comes highly recommended to people of all ages. My boyfriend and I are in our 20's, and we've recruited two sets of friends since moving here to move out of house apartments and in too our complex. It is close and convenient to anywhere you're headed.
