I applied for apartment here and the management team here is horrible!! I was told incorrect information. The lady in the rental office is very disrespectful. She talks to future residents like they are children. She is having a shouting match with future residents. Very unprofessional environment. So if her manager accepts this kind of behavior from her employees this is a problem. I was told I can get my money back in 2 weeks now this rude lady talking bout 90 days. What kind of business takes 90 days to refund? Th property is not clean. There is trash everywhere piled up. These apartments used to be so nice but management with they rude behavior is going to run these apartments further into the ground. The entire management staff needs to be fired and rehire.

This community has some really nice upgraded units. Be aware that they will show you a beautiful model and aesthetically pleasing pictures. But you aren't guaranteed to get what they show you. Management will bait and switch you in a heartbeat. Save yourself time only commit to what you see if the unit is available. Everyone here lacks compassion and accountability.

There was a shooting here and I am lucky my daughter was not shot since the bullet went through her headboard. She no longer sleeps in her bedroom. We bought a home since this horrible experience. The apartment community looks nice when there isn’t a pile of trash near the entrance. People throw their trash in front of the compactor because they don’t want to open the door to it and It smells horrible. I lived there for 3 years they had to temporarily move us due to a ROACH INFESTATION and we are super clean people. BE AWARE OF An increase of positive reviews from people that may not live there. The office has been asking people to leave good reviews but i thought I’d leave an honest one. Also theres a night club between the gas station and landing square that has had multiple shoot outs and sometimes sounds like its in the apartments. My children still jump from loud noises due to these horrible experiences.
I love these apartments I’ve been here for a few months and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.!

I’ve been a resident at Landing Square for about 3 years now and management has been very responsive, despite the challenges faced during COVID-19 pandemic. The manager Darla is always available to hear our concerns and makes sure a plan is set in motion for a resolution. The maintenance supervisor works really hard to keep the grounds clean and always checks to make sure service requests are completed. It means a lot to live in a community where the management cares and out of all the management companies that have managed the property during my stay, I can say that Darla has made an impression.

This community is not safe for kids or women. Shootings all the time and management does nothing about it. There are also roaches galore despite paying for pest control with the rent.

The gate has been open for almost a year so anyone is able to come in! That’s not safe. Someone was murdered here back in February of this year! Recently there was a western style gun fight between two people ! The grounds always have food and poop everywhere even in the mailbox area. My washing machine has been stopped up for over a week and it’s beginning to smell and still no maintenance! They will not answer the phone in the office or return a call or email but will contact you for rent! Pest control sucks! Neighbors moved in with roaches and now I have them! My lease is ending and I can’t be more happy !

The leasing office never ever answers the phone and your call gets forwarded to this office where no one can really help you with anything.
Break-ins are such a common thing. If you are ready for it then go ahead. My car was broken in 3 times and at some point, I even stopped fixing the locks because I was certain that it is going to be broken in again. My home got broken in twice. Well, I could just say that it happens because of the neighborhood and management could do less about it. When you have a service request they take their own sweet time to response. The toilet was overflowing and it took two days before they even responded. If something happens over the weekend then its worse. We had to goto a hotel room few times because we could not tolerate the situation at home (like this toilet thing or the AC being broken in Summer) When you need something and you tend to call the leasing office, you can never get hold of them. The only person who you could reach out is there offsite customer service person, who again have to wait on the leasing office people. So the only option you have to stay home wait for the leasing office to open and talk to them in person. Its very hard to resist getting into a argument with them because they are very rude and barely helpful. Please stay away from renting as long as you have no other choice
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Married couples pay only one application fee. They are still getting a profit off of resident water bills. Everyone has to pay a non-refundable surety bond of $175. DO THE CHECKLIST BEFORE YOU MOVE ANYTHING INTO THE APARTMENT!!! STEPHANIE LIES AND IS FRAUDULENT! Maintenance does not service the apartments in a timely manner. I put in a request over a month ago, and they still have not arrived. The grounds have trash everywhere. The walkways and stairways have stains, cigarette ashes, and trash on them. Nearly every morning when I leave out for work, I smell marijuana in the air. Stephanie and Andre are both liars and manipulative. THIS IS A HIGH PRICED HOUSING PROJECT!
I have lived here for six months and will not renew my lease. I was a victim of crime twice in the six months that I have lived in this community. Clearly the gate is just for show. Cars (including mine) have been broken into, there was an armed robbery on the premises, a woman's apartment was kicked in. The staff in the leasing office is extremely slow. If you have an issue they will simply say, "I was just about to call you," when you follow up. Maintenance is slow. The only time anyone moves fast is if you are late in making payments. The apartments are nice inside, but overall, overpriced for the neighborhood with no amenities nearby and the crime within the neighborhood and surrounding community.
Very nice complex, very quick maintenance response, close to shopping, bus routes, clean, friendly, and quick access to highways.
Nice apartment, great community, ideal location for Marta. The price for the space is reasonable and the staff is professional and friendly. The only thing that I was concerned about was the trash compactor and their phone system. It is very difficult to reach someone during business hours and trash pile up on the ground takes away from the aesthetics of the property. Hopefully they will make the necessary changes and become overall a 5 star review apartment.

Warning! Their customer service is horrible. You will put in a work order and they will not come fix the issue. We had multiple car break ins (mine included). I told the leasing office the 1st 2 times could they get me a garage so I no one would break in mine. The third attempt they broke into my car. They stole 75 cents. It's going to cost me $1100 to get it fixed. When I contact the leasing office miraculously a garage comes available the day after the break in. They do not care. I am a full time student. I'm disabled veteran. Young adult working hard to make a living and now I'm having a hard time trying to catch up with all these dilemmas I'm going through. Thanks for hearing my story.
