Management is great, maintenance is responsive and efficient! The 2 bedroom is the perfect size for what my family needs, and it's within a few minutes of most anything you'd need for day-to-day life.

I’ve been living here for six months now and it has been an absolute amazing experience. The surroundings are always clean and the maintenance staff are amazing in keeping it clean. My neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend my friends to live here. Check it out

Have only been here 5 months and haven't had any issue with anything serious, but I am new to Florida and have seen a brown roach like bug in my apartment. Pest control came but 1 or 2 still pops up once or twice a month. Other than that, no problems.

The neighborhood is tucked away in a quiet, warm and cozy environment that we call home. The environment is well kept. The staff is world class. There is no place like home…..

Great so far and thankful to be here . I honestly could not be happier to live here it’s very quiet I have great neighbors and everyone is very friendly.

Landings at Lake Gray Apartment is good to stay and more comfortable and neighbors are good but the washing machine and dryer should be upgraded

So far it is a great place to live. Everything is maintained very well and those in the office are extremely sweet, kind, and very helpful when you need them.

I just moved here and I’m literally in awe of these apartments it’s so nice and spacious super quiet and clean and my leasing agent Erica was amazing the sweetest person ever she made this process so easy I didn’t stress at all she took every step with me and kept me notified at all times I applied for the apartment and was approved in less than 2 hours even the other lady in the leasing office was super helpful and nice all around good vibes .THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

It’s quiet, pet friendly, clean and I feel safe living here. The valet trash is convenient, and my trash never sits outside my door for more than two days.

Great location. Staff is very friendly. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and very quick to respond. The neighborhood is usually kept clean. Also the food truck nights are nice

Very clean and quiet environment. The maintenance team here is superb! They have opportunities turn earn reward points and great specials for living arrangement you need.

There are some esthetic things that I would change here but the most important things are here. The staff is great and always hears my needs and takes care of them. Great pool, gym and community.

Quiet, well kept community. Office staff is knowledgeable and helpful, as well as friendly and supportive. . Maintenance response to calls is fast to immediate in action and resolution. Will renew my lease at expiration.

Building is nice. neighbors we’ve met so far are great. Other puppy dogs are cute and nice to be around. Doggy bags are located around building units and there is a dog park although small it allows your pets the ability to roam in an enclosed area off leash.

I have loved living here! Our apartment feels like home more and more every day, and the staff are a huge contributor to that. We always feel seen and heard, and it’s a great community to be a part of!

My residence experience has been great so far. It’s been a welcoming and warming time. The people are very nice here and it is kept pretty clean around the area!

It would be very easy to coast through property management, simply by showing up late to the office, leaving early from the office, not answering the phones, not caring about the tenants with needs to address and lives to lead. But that hasn't been my experience at Lake Gray, even in my first week of living here. Everyone seems genuinely interested in hearing me out and answering my questions and providing me the best service possible. I feel heard and seen, and that can be rare in a shared living environment. My wife and I are very happy to be here, and look forward to the months ahead. Thank you!

The office and has been helpful throughout the move in process thus far! Little things due to maintenance upon move in would have liked to be taken care of beforehand, but they are being very responsive!

Food Trucks, community events amazing people in the community. Pool is always cleaned, close to the mall, publix, Walmart and amazing restaurants.

Very quiet neighborhood and friendly respectful neighbors. Maintenance is responsive. Only this is valet trash. They come as they please and then complain if they have to take out too much.

I like the community here. People that live here get alone and they look out for each other. It feels like home. I have used the gym and the pool and bothe areas are kept clean and safe.

I received great care as a new resident at Lake Gray! All of my questions were answered expeditiously by the ladies in the office. The property is very well kept along with amenities! I’m glad I chose to live here out of the many places near the Orange Park area that I visited!

The complex is clean and very well maintained. Erica was patient and really helped us with the moving process. The pool looks really nice and it will be great when we have family over!

Ive lived here going on 3 years. In the beginning I dealt with bad roaches but that was dealt with promptly. My maintenance requests are almost always taken care of same day and the office staff is very friendly. I would like for the breezways to be kept cleaner and look better.

After a week of living here i’ve really enjoyed it! the community is very beautiful and quiet which are big perks for me! Earlier in the week we had maintenance come fix some things and that was really awesome too, putting in the request was really simple and everyone has been really helpful with any questions!

Everything is awesome except the parking. It’s very clean and quiet everyone is nice and respectful. The valet trash is always on time. Highly recommended.

The apartments are nice, spacious, and very comfortable but the parking space is very crowded and you are not likely to get a parking space next to your apartment.

I have lived in this beautiful apartment with my husband for two weeks. This is the first time we've rented an apartment, and it has been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is nice and friendly, with good security and ample parking. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the rent is very affordable. Additionally, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this amazing apartment to my family and friends!

I don’t like that someone can just walk into my apartment without my permission . I would like for there to be an option that someone be home whenever there is a maintenance order that the resident put in. There have been multiple times where they have come in and i’ve seen on my ring camera how they leave the doors open and when i get home there’s all types of bugs and roaches and dirt all over my floor .They could be a little more considerate when entering peoples homes. It’s not that hard to close a door.

It’s a nice place to live..but the rent Prices keep going up higher each year So is getting expensive but I like living here Staff are nice they fixed everything right away
