Very nice clean, well maintained apartments and property. The entire staff in the office and maintenance is very friendly and responsive to tenants needs. They are cheerful and pleasant to work with, actually the main reason I moved here plus the units are really nice. The team is quick to respond to any issues and correct them. I would highly recommend The Landings at Morrison. Plus they like doughnuts (:

The apartments themselves are nice enough and spacious. BUT the office staff is awful. They’re unprofessional, rude and don’t seem to care if you need any help from them. Parking is a nightmare and the office won’t take any efforts in monitoring it, saying “it’s the tenants responsibility to tell the office”. Jessica the office manager threatened to evict us for saying we didn’t want maintenance to come into our apartment without us being present (after they had already entered our home unannounced previously). I urge you not to move here!

Its one of the worst experience ever had. Apartments are beautiful, but so rotten inside, not literally. Management focused on collecting money and dont even think about changing main problems. Its very noisy here, parking system the worst they got, neighborhood is very bad. Someone broke in my apartment. All gates its just for look, almost all of them are broken. People driving cars with holes in exhaust pipe, and press an acceleration pedal in purpose, its impossible to sleep. Its gonna be a nightmare for kids. Random people just smoking weed on the property, very dangerous when kids playing outside. Management dont care at all about that, all they need is your money. They like to reply to reviews on google maps saying: they would help, but its total lie. I just want warn everyone stay away from this apartments, there are so much better places.
Moved here in May from Oklahoma, the office staff was extremely helpful in getting all of the paperwork taken care of before I came. Many phone calls, emails, and faxes; and they handled it all perfectly. Upon arrival, I was very happy with the spacious floor plans and modern ceiling heights. Makes the apartment feel much larger than it actually is. Very little noise from neighbors, and assigned parking is good. Usually never have any issues with someone stealing a spot. Close to the light rail which is very handy, and it is a safe walk. Everything seems to be maintained well, and all of the staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend.
This complex is beautifully well landscaped and maintained with lush green foliage throughout the year. Maintenance is always just a cheerful phone call away should it ever be needed. The apartments are modern and bright and are the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet. The pool sparkles in the summer sun with laughing children and bronzed sunbathers. Toddlers can enjoy a play area just for them away from traffic It's close the the Max line as well as the bus line just a block away. Historic downtown Gresham provides great shopping and the farmers market is the perfect way to spend a lazy Saturday morning browsing the local fruit and veggie stalls with a cup of coffee and a muffin. It's a great place to put your feet up an enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day!
