Great Place to live
I have been here over 5 years and the place is great. Neighbors that talk to each other, friendly and fun to be around. The management team is always there to fix any issue.

The Landings on the Trail
We have lived in the The Landings on the Trail for 6 years. The experience has been positive. Janet the property manager is excellent. She handles any issues quickly and is always available. The building we are in is quiet and the tenants are respectful. We could not be in a better residence.The grounds are beautiful and the building is well maintained.

They do not so their job
The management here is awful. Things get stolen left and right, they do nothing. People leave their dogs poop everywhere, and accuse others. I sent two service requests for the same thing over a month ago, no one has done anything. Save yourself the trouble, find somewhere else to live.

AWFUL STAY AWAY
The management here is absolutely terrible. They do not take care of the property, the hallways smell like sewage, the sinks back up with sewage. It’s not clean, and not maintained. Not to mention the management staff is rude. My kitchen sink backed up with raw sewage, they sent the maintenance people here to clean it. That’s not the maintenance crews job, that is the job of a professional cleaning service to disinfect the area. The snow removal is terrible, the laundry room is vile. They are just now getting rid of smoking indoors. Do not rent at these over priced, poorly managed apartments.
