The office staff is always eager to answer any questions and maintenance always responds promptly. I love the amenities and luxury features my apartment home has. Landmark is in a convenient location accessible to all major shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this community if you are looking to upgrade!

Landmark Apartments are a great place to stay. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Out in the country but close to town. Great pool, gym and clubhouse. Clean and comfortable apartments in great location.

Landmark is an ok property. Lacy is the best always sweet, patient and kind. The building are made of poor quality my master bedroom and bathroom wall is cracking. The kitchen appliances are cheap. They have added a rule about our pets abruptly with a fee that is not in our lease which is weird and not fair. Everything else about the community is fair. The maintenance is great and they respond within 24-48 hours.

Maintenance has always done amazing with completely my work orders in a timely manner!

This is an overpriced apartment with a lot of issues that do not allow for me to be truly comfortable enough to enjoy the community.

Just moved into my apartment recently and I have loved everything about it. Staff is very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and all of my neighbors have been kind. I love how the apartment complex is secluded on the side of a hill with a beautiful view and there is always a feeling of peace and safety inside the gates of Landmark Apartments.

Great apartments, really friendly and efficient staff. The communication between management and tenants is wonderful.

Top notch service from the maintenance and office staff. I've only lived here for 6 months but this is by far the best overall experience I've had as far as apartments go (and I have lived in quite a few larger cities- Houston, San Fran, etc.). I love how close I am to everything.

Landmark apartments have a great atmosphere! Quiet, safe and very well kept! Neighbors respect each other's privacy! Amenities are very beautiful. Very pet friendly and convenient! Separate trash bins for each apartment also two bins for recycling boxes in a disclosed place on the property! Excellent and friendly staff!

The main reason I chose to go with Landmark is the location- they are one the only luxury apartments in West Little Rock that aren't on the main road. I toured a few others but these just have more of a homely feel to them because of the location. The tour was great- they are really helpful and seem to genuinely care about what I wanted/needed. I'm excited about my upcoming move. I know I'm going to feel safe living here, which is my top priority.

It's wonderful apartment to live. It is in the middle of nature with lots fresh air.

I have been living at Landmark for almost 2 years now and anytime I've submitted a maintenance request (Emergency OR Non-Emergency) they are always completed not only quickly, but effectively as well. I would 100% recommend this apartment community to anyone who enjoys receiving 5-STAR customer-service across the board.

Love living here! Great location, friendly and caring staff! Grounds are kept clean and all trash picked up! Thanks for the green bins to put boxes in to recycle! Love the open courtyard in the center of the complex. Great dog yard for the dogs to play! Enjoy the individual trash bins for every apartments. Trash bins look clean and elegant!

Landmark Apartments are wonderful! It's like owning a home without all the upkeep, and taxes! Great community for anyone! One gate to enter and leave! Very spacious apartments and patios! Residents are cautious when driving thru complex and drive slow for the safety of others!

I am so glad I chose to move to Landmark. It has been a wonderful experience. The management team are always so friendly and professional. I have the best neighbors. I love walking my dog in the evenings and watching the sunset over all the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this community.

Lived here for 3 years now, love the staff and committee. The team here is always available to make sure you are happy and they are very accommodating. You will enjoy the amenities, the floor plan, and overall living area.

Overall I think Landmark Apartment is a nice place to live. Its very quiet and clean.

I’ve been at Landmark since September and I love it! Anne in the office is GREAT! Anne always has dog treats for Chloe when we come back from our run which is why I think the last block she runs faster?!?!?! My apartment is beautiful and I love the comfort feel of just being here!

I like my apartment as well, as my neighbors. I do wish the older people were more in touch. Everyone seems a little isolated!

Love the complex and the staff. The location is perfect, no highway noise, view of the trees and no traffic. I moved here from Dallas, TX without seeing the property, so I was thrilled to see that the property is exceptional for an apartment complex.

I am so pleased with my decision to move to Landmark. I love my apartment and Its super convenient to everything I do. The staff are friendly and easy to interact with. My neighbors are great and I enjoy the resident events and getting to know everyone. My dog loves all the green space.

The staff is attentive and responsive. Trash is picked up swiftly and never left out. People in the community pick up after their animals and everyone does their part to keep things clean and nice. The exterior and interior of the apartments are nice and can compliment and design scheme. There is no carpet which is nice because its easier to take care of. Appliances all work and are a great compliment to the cabinetry and design of the kitchen. Rooms are spacious enough. My only take away from this awesome community would be that, if you are on the bottom floors you can hear the people above you and every move they make. Pest control takes care of the creepy crawlers so thats never an issue. By far the best apartment Ive ever rented (and its been several being we are military.) awesome place to live!!

We absolutely love living at Landmark Apartments. I love walking outside and seeing so many dogs everyday, they are just the cutest! It just shows how pet friendly they are! The staff is very nice and tries to solve any problems you have quickly. Living in these apartments feels like youre living outside of the city, but youre not! The amenities they have to offer are AMAZING. Parking isnt all that good at all, but that is probably the only thing I DONT like about living here. There can be a lot of noise during the day, people with surround sound/ stereo systems, abusing them. That can get a bit annoying, but the staff takes noise complaints seriously. Overall love living at Landmark. Happy we chose this as our home!

There are comparable amenities at other apartments. The people at Landmark Apartments make this complex stand head and shoulders above the rest!!!

The apartments have nice features and finishes. The community amenities are nice. It is definitely worth the money compared to comparable apartments in West Little Rock.
