I'm pretty sure these other reviews have been generated by management themselves because there's no way there are only 5-star reviews. My apartment had the same leak for almost the entirety of our one-year lease, seven service requests and it was never properly fixed. If you positioned yourself right you could actually see the sky through the ceiling. The wood in the ceiling was also brown in certain spots from rotting away with the high amounts of water passing through it. This is part of a larger problem with moisture on the entire third floor of the building as multiple rooms had leaks and the hallways would regularly flood causing puddles to form, coating the walls in mold and mildew. After reporting this mold to management, months passed and the mold remained after my lease ended without anything being done about it. This building also has a problem with centipedes coming in from outside. Most of our centipedes were dropping in from the ceiling or through the walls, which was a problem as the pest control they'd bring in would only spray the floors. So essentially nothing was done about the bugs. I hate that I have to write this because the building is quite nice outside of those flaws and would be perfect if management was more proactive in solving these issues, but considering I was getting rained on for almost a year, two stars for Landmark.

Hello Daniel, Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that you had to experience some construction flaws and growing pains with our renovated hundred-year-old rehab. To fix the issues, we outsourced multiple roofers and contractors to repair and examine the continued roof leak. However, given the nature of COVID, we unfortunately experienced delays in service and equipment. Additionally, we abated the hallways immediately once the issue was presented.
