Property Ratings at Landmark at Patterson
Neighbors are really loud, you can hear everything through the walls. If they play heavy bass, you will feel it. If you complain it gets worse. I’m not sure what matters and what doesn’t.
No doubt the most affordable apartment complex in the area! NEVER a problem with the large variety of ethic groups.The grounds are clean and well kept, and the pool is inviting. The units are townhouse style, which I love. One to three bedrooms with a bath and a half. In addition, large bedroom closets and nicely designed floor plans. Animal lovers and their pets are here. As a bonus, the schools are among the best. A shopping mall in walking distance along with surrounding stores and restaurants. My children and I are glad we chose Yorktown Apartments!
A west end apartment means high rent for a mediocre setting. Outdated features pierce every sense to its breaking point. 70's kitchen decore penetrating your soul while toasting a pop tart. Decent amount of space is good I guess....maybe. Hard wood floors! Eh, would rather have carpet. Why are all the pool chairs broken and as comfortable as what the rack may have felt like during the middle ages. Avoid at all cost.
