Great customer service at the front desk, speedy replies, effective and efficient maintenance team. Neighborhood is pleasant and conveniently located near many different stores.

Very quiet and nice. Manager was very nice and patient, I love they are. I just move here recently so technically I could said it was wonderful

Property landscape is clean. Community is friendly and welcoming. Maintenence requests completed in timely manner. Rooms are spacious and allow for natural lighting. Gym amenities are great, have been here for 5 years.

Good experience, pretty quiet & feels calm & safe. A little dingy in the units that aren't updated, but they have a nice layout. The staff is very helpful & attentive to any questions or issues.

I have lived here for about 7 years. I loved the parks, pool, and quiet community for my kids when they were little. Now it's proximity to public transportation and shopping centers is great as teens! I really love living here.

It would be a 5 star review except that both my parnter and I absolutely dislike the new locks and the app that goes with it. We had a previous lock that we could unlock with a code or with our a fingerprint scan. This new lock and app constantly logs us out of the app. What happens if someone is chasing me or my partner intending to hurt us and we can't get into our apartment because it's logged us out. What are we to do then? Morn the lose of the other? We were better off with our old lock.

A cozy place to call home. Most of the neighbors are kind and helpful. We feel safe and happy here. The office staff is usually helpful. They were able to provide turkey dinners for some of the families at the complex. It starting to feel more like a community than just a place to live.

I toured a amazing apartment, in a quiet area,with a fireplace and awesome matching appliances, Two weeks later, I drove from lake Charles La, to Austin, Tx. with my furniture an belongings in a Penske 26 foot truck, I called the leasing office several times confirming the availability of the apartment, when I arrived to sign the lease, I wasn’t informed that the apartment I toured wasn’t available, I was given a apartment in a crowded area ,with no fireplace, and mismatched appliances, The Awesome Penske truck an incredible paided helpers, were no longer available,The Penske 26 foot truck had to be returned that evening, I am now stuck with this apartment, Dissatisfying and Disappointed and Disgusted,

I have been living here since March 2018.i started off in a 1bd 1bth. That was perfect for me and my little dog. When I got married and adopted another fur baby it start to get a bit crowded. Joe and Karla really helped out and went above and beyond help us move into a 2bd 2bth apartment. Everything you need is just a quick few minutes drive from here.

My cats and I love it here! Very nice apartments with wonderful amenities and helpful staff. I will be renewing my lease for sure, when the times comes.

Office staff responded to emails very quickly when bumps in the road came up in regards to move in date. They were so helpful and considerate!!

The valet trash service is consistent in picking up Sunday through Thursday. They check the can outside my door to determine if There is a bag of trash in it. I know that they have been there and done this for they leave the lid up. Of course, I leave it closed because I don't want critters attempting to get into my trash.the

Easy process got my keys and love it , nice neighborhood and love the location, office staff always helped answer my questions and got back with me

Things were going well the first year or so. Started to go downhill when the door to the apartment mailbox’s was ripped off, and no communication about fixing it went out. Then, I was locked out of the gym for a few months because I wasn’t informed they changed locks. I’d call and leave messages to call me back, but I heard nothing. I don’t have time to go into the office to ask about things often.The laundry rooms are flooded and broken most of the time. There are two rooms with 6 washers and 6 dryers each for 12 washers and 12 dryers in the community. There are residents from the other side of the complex coming to one room as all the washers and dryers in their room don’t work. I’ve lost a decent amount of money from the machines as they don’t dry, don’t have heat, flood, or have to run multiple cycles. I enjoy the neighborhood and quietness of it, it backs up to a nice neighborhood, school, and some churches. The rent is fairly priced and nice for a person living on their own

Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Community is clean and very dog friendly. That’s always a plus. Will have a nice time living here and will stay for awhile.

The apartments are quiet and generally everything is kept clean the only issue is whenever I make maintenance request they take a while or the issue isn't resolved, all my outlets are loose in the apartment and when I made the request they closed it and said it was complete but none of my outlets were changed.

I have lived here three years now and here is my review. The apartments are dated and not the greatest at keeping cool or warm. Your electric bill will be high due to the dated windows and doors. The rent is reasonable, and the neighborhood is nice. I would HIGHLY recommend getting your own washer and dryer due to the laundry rooms being broken down most of the time. Cars do randomly get broken into but that is most places now and I suggest parking in a well-lit busy area to avoid this. The trash valet is a hit or miss, sometimes they come and sometimes they don't. Overall, it is quiet, and you don't feel like you are in a very busy area. Lots of trees and grassy areas and easy access to most major roadways.

It's very friendly community. It's good for someone who have a small family and a dog. It's amazing apartment. You can meet anyone out there. People are nice.

Constant changes for service requests or app downloads to pay rent makes things a bit confusing but I understand it’s done for improvements. Overall nice quiet apartment complex.

The maintenance staff generally responds to one's needs. The lawn service regularly tends to the grass and shrub weekly. The trash service seems to never forget to show up on the appointed pick up days

Unrenovated units are a little dingy but very cozy & comfortable. A safe & quiet neighborhood with very kind & attentive staff who will answer any questions you have.

I love it here! It's a great place for me and my cats. Such a wonderful community, staff, location, and amenities. Definitely renewing my lease when the time comes.

Whenever I have an issue, the leasing office always send someone over to fix it. Great location. Everyone is so nice and understanding. The office will work with you incase of an emergency.

These apartments are good, Quiet neighborhood and school and HEB are nearby my only problem is maintence, recently I had bad experience as my dishwasher broke.

This apartment is very friendly and easygoing!! The pricing is reasonable along with sweet coworkers as well!! The coworker explains every details and has good patience also!!

During the Recent triple digit days, my AC was failing. I put in a maintenance request and they responded the same day. The necessary repairs were made to HVAC system, and I felt much cooler.

The apartment is pleasant, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. However, I wish the maintenance department had addressed both major and minor issues in the apartment before I moved in. Additionally, the work order page could provide a clearer timeline for when jobs will start and finish, along with updates on the repairs and an open line of communication, rather than just marking them as complete regardless of whether the issue was resolved. I also wish I had received more assistance or options for completing the online application for the unit I originally wanted and toured. When the website I was directed to had a bug that prevented me from completing the paperwork, I was not offered any alternatives to finalize the lease application.

Management were kind and took care of our request easily. Our summer had been awesome and our home is always comfortable for us and were happy about it. We love our home

Safe quiet neighborhood & complex. Nice red brick buildings. Somewhat older & dingy inside unrenovated units. Still worth the overall living experience & I appreciate that they work with Flex Pay.

When I got married and we added another little dog to the family we grew out of the apartment. We needed more space. Joe and Karla helped us move into a 2bd 2bth apartment. They went well above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough.

This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment buildings themselves need some SERIOUS TLC. We need updated appliances, not smart locks.

Maintenance does a fabulous job of responding to service request. The time frame for a response is usually twent four to fourth eight hours.

This place is amazing. All of the staff are nice and very helpful. They really do care about their residents they have some great amenities. Management is very easy to talk to when you have a problem. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment

Very clean, timely response from the office. We love our apartment, just wish the kitchen was laid out a little better. Pool is almost always open, and if it’s not it’s because it’s being cleaned so that’s good as well.

The air conditioning is working, but it is not cooling. The inside temperature is 85 degrees. Also, the fan in the living room is not working properly. It spins slowly even at the second speed. I reported this issue the day I moved in, and once again but it's still the same. It doesn't cool at all. I can not reach anyone to ask emergency service. Again, inside temperature is 85 degree for now.

The apartment are spacious and I love how the trees give so much shade. Whenever ai have issue the maintenance are always available. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an apartment at a low cost.

This is definitely one of the better apartments here in South Austin. The staff is friendly and helpful. They were VERY HELPFULL when we moved from our 1 bed 1 bath apartment to our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Joe and his staff did an amazing job assisting us with our move.

Maintenance keeps up with the grounds very well. Quiet place to live. Laundry could be better. The grass and shaded trees are nice. Would recommend living here

When there is a maintenance issue I have requested bee addressed via a maintenance order. The response is quick ad efficient. They come the same day or the next

Moving in was so easy! There were a couple problems and maintnence fixed them right away! First month here has been great. Thank you guys for the smooth transition!

Staff is inconsiderate and disrespectful. Any issues you bring to their attention will be ignored. They truly don’t care about tenants and will disregard any concerns you have.

Not the worst place to live if you're just starting out or have recently moved to austin. There are roaches, however. I belive they live in the walls since the complex buildings are pretty old and outdated.

The maintenance staff is always very responsive to requests for services of various types. They usually response on the same day or the next day.

Safe & quiet neighborhood in Austin. The units are pretty nice, some normal cosmetic wear. The office is very responsive. Good place to live overall.
