Overall the community is really nice and quiet. It is kept very clean on the grounds and the inside of the units is great. The staff is super nice too. Everyone does a great job, are super helpful and always wonderful to talk to. Gabby and Derek are my favorite!! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish there were a few more upgrades like gas fire places instead of wood, stacked washer and dryer so there was more useable storage space inside, more lighting and ceiling fans, and the garages had openers and were not as expensive.

I've been here 6 months, the water gets shut off multiple times a month since we got in and the water costs us more than our last place that was more than double the size and 2 more adults. It's been over $200 every month - whatever leak they are dealing with shouldn't be on the residents. Also, ants must live in the walls because they are relentless (but we do live on the bottom floor of a place built in the 90s..). so we have to just live with traps. Even more, about the building, it's draft central. This first winter I've gone around putting new seals on doors myself because you could basically see through lock area while door was shut and the windows are just old non-effiiecent ones. Lastly, on top of every appliance needing work done already, anything else they've done, I've gone behind them to fix what they do - outlet got changed but didn't work. Thanks for the outlet but I had to rewire myself to make it work. Go somewhere else, can't recommend at the moment.

Love the quiet,friendly neighborhood. Enjoy the bus stop for my kiddo being right outside the apartments. I really enjoy having a washer and dryer in my unit with both my kiddos and my hard working dirty man I needed it to be able to keep up with them.

I like the vibe at Landmark apartments - the exterior architecture style is nice and the greenspaces create a more serene feel. Lost one star for only having one trash compactor on the entire property (which is very large) and wish the mailboxes were more dispersed around the property instead of one place. Lots of dog bag posts around though and mostly quiet place to live aside from the leaf blowers. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They are quick to resolve maintenance issues, front office is always available to help. Packages delivered at the wrong address always appear at the front office. And the parking space is huge. The only down side I can think of is being on the second floor of third. My neighbor above are loud with stomping and running. So I imagine there isn’t much insulation. During winter it’s cold in the apartment. And still cold during the summer. But it could just be my apartment for it’s covered with trees.

The interior of the apartment is excellent, with well-maintained amenities and a pleasant living space. However, the upkeep of the general public areas outside the apartment, such as the hallways, stairwells, and communal spaces, leaves much to be desired. The outdoor maintenance appears neglected, with issues like unclean surfaces, litter, or perhaps landscaping and lighting that needs attention. This contrast between the well-kept interior and the poorly maintained external areas is quite noticeable and impacts the overall experience of the property

I'm happy here, the area is gorgeous. Portland/Hillsboro itself can be cloudy and dreary, so having the natural forest area next to the apartment is a welcome sight. I enjoy bird watching from my patio.

The grounds are well maintained. Dog bags are everywhere and location is next to a little park that connects communities together. Parking is like other places -you can usually find something but it's not plentiful, not a huge deal. The maintenance crew is superb and quick to respond/update! With that said, (and only reason it's not 5 stars) every appliance except for the oven has needed a service call within 2 months of living here. And our smoke detector is faulty. Layout of this place is cool as well with having rooms upstairs. Overall, I would recommend

A beautiful place, fast maintenance, no problems with deliveries and close to nature, no noise, a very quiet place. The only thing missing is parking spaces, as they are not marked and it is difficult to find a parking space depending on the time of day.

Poor customer service they never answer their phones! When something needs to get fixed they dont respond until weeks later! All the amenities are closed, because they don't want people in close proximity yet they allow people to gather outside for food trucks every tuesday! They tore down the playground promising to make a new one and it still hasn't happened! They talked about fixing the wall ball court haven't done that either yet! You are better off living some where else this complex truly doesn't care for their residents and only in it for the money!

Underwent 3 different management companies since we moved in Nov 2019. Never had our apartment fixed up after the walkthrough. Management is NEVER present or ever has answers. Apartments decent but management is unorganized.

I lived in Landmark apartments for almost a year before we got our home. Its a lovely place and where there is fast response time to maintenance and complain. During my stay there, I referred a friend to the apartment and I was told I will be getting a $300 referral bonus . I filled the necessary forms and I was expecting the bonus. Its over a year (17 months) now and I am still waiting. I have called several times, all I have been told is that the management office handles it and they haven't gotten any feedback from them. So if anyone is expecting a referral bonus just forget it, you are not getting it.

I have lived at the Landmark for about 10 months to-date and it has been a great place to live. It is generally a quite place with plenty of trees and shade. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Serious maintenance issues have been addressed within 24-hours. Other issues within a few days. Oh, and a variety of coffee is available in the leasing office for general consumption.

Not only does this apartment take care of everything in a timely manner, but they also have a great location and price. My family moved here just over a year ago, and have no plans to move again until we can afford a house. This apartment is one of the few that pay for water, sewer and garbage, and yet the cost of the apartment itself is also quite reasonable. I also love that it is non-smoking, because we have a small child. The first time we looked at these there were no openings at all, but we came back the next time we had to move because we couldn't get it out of our minds. If you have the chance to move into here take it, you won't regret it.
Love my apt and its location with in the complex. I back to the forest area and my cat are entertained for day with squirrels are birds. My update interior is very nice with the a top of the line carpet and vinyl plank wood floors. On the minus side I hate the lighting package. Office staff is great especially the manager.
Great location to PCC, Intel, and a lot of shopping. The units have been recently renovated and look great inside with new appliances. Apartment staff is very kind, and generally maintenance is handled quickly. Only negatives would be sound from neighbors is easily heard, maintenance seems to MacGyver problems instead of replacing broken items, and prices are always going up.
The complex is large, clean and beautiful. The inside of the apartments are mediocre, definitely nothing special. No microwave. Great dining space room. We moved in and the apartment kind of smelled. Definitely didn't do deep cleaning. Small counter space. Counter tops are pretty durable though. For the rent you pay, you shouldn't be able to hear your housemates using the restroom. The management is great and helpful most of the time. Maintenance people are very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you don't drive.
The complex works hard to keep the area clean which is nice, the apartments are good layouts and comfortable
The apartment complex is old and the cost is high but the interior paint color is nice.
Found Landmark apartment with a nice updated interior look, was impressed with the stainless steel and black counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, also with a two tone paint threw out the unit. Compact units, but very well insulated and quiet inside of apartment. Lots of parking, never a problem. Nice pool and large park for kids and pets a short walk away. Very clean and friendly staff always willing to help.
