Gone downhill, renovations to courtyard has destroyed its beauty
Not only has management at this property been absolutely horrible since the last community manager change, but the millions spent towards 'renovating' the courtyard included cementing up brick walling to then paint stark white. Meanwhile, doors, carpeting, flooring, general cleanliness have all declined and amenities are slowly taken away as prices go up. Five years ago this was the ideal apartment complex. Now, you should look elsewhere. As a current resident, I'm tired enough to break lease and find somewhere better.

We are here to help residents feel at home and are always looking for ways to improve our community! We have not removed any of our great amenities from our community, and we recently had brand-new flooring installed in all the hallways. I believe we have spoken about your concerns and were able to offer some insight into the process for many of the issues you have brought to our attention. I hope you allow the renovation to finish before deciding to break your lease, since we have a few weeks to go. The finished product is going to be beautiful!

I LOVE living at Landmark on Lovers! We are right in the heart of the North Dallas area with access to a main highway and neighborhood entertainment venues, shopping, and restaurants galore! Our management, leasing agents, and maintenance staff members are always friendly, professional, welcoming, and ready to solve any issue that comes their way. The property is clean and well-maintained, and any messes are dealt with promptly. The overall vibe of our community is friendly and cooperative. Due to having asthma, the MAIN feature of this community that is beneficial to me is that we are a NON-SMOKING community! Along with that health and wellness feature, we have a fully operational gym, a courtyard to take peaceful walks, an exercise room, and a yoga/meditation room - if that speaks to your sensibilities as well. For those who want to contribute to the peace, tranquility, and upscale nature of our living community, you could be the next member of our LOL community!

Landmark has been the biggest breath of fresh air after leaving my old apartment which was only a few minutes up the street. Hallways and elevators are always so clean. The amenities are more than you can ask for. The staff has been so so kind during my move. I honestly couldn't have picked a better complex.

One of the best places I've lived with great management
I moved into Landmark during the summer at the height of everyone moving in and prices skyrocketing. Ask for Tonya, she was the sweetest!! I moved from an older condo down the road and was ready for the upgrades. So far we have loved living here. They have had several events for residents already a pool party, food truck, carving pumpkin contest, and more. The other residents are great, I have yet to meet someone I don't like. The noise level is good, nothing crazy but you do live in an apartment. My daughter and I love all the amenities they offer! My daughter uses the yoga rooms all the time, the pool is huge with plenty of seating, and the workout room has great equipment. I also want to point out the parking... you'll never have an issue, ever. There is so much garage parking!! When things go wrong at the apartments, Jon, the community manager is so open and communicative with an action plan. For example, the elevators kept breaking for various reasons and he sends out an honest email and how he is going to address the issue. I will say I have had several maintenance issues my ac had to be fully replaced, leak in the wall, the toilet not working, the dishwasher not working, and the sink was stopped up. Each time the maintenance crew is amazing, they come in within a day to address the issue, and fix it if they can. The guys are so nice and don't mind my dog in their faces while they work and they even give her some loving while they work. So while I have had more than expected maintenance issues to get them resolved has been really great! One thing I am not a fan of but honestly it's a good thing! You can let guests into the garage or front lobby via an app you set up, however, to use an elevator to get them up to your floor you can't. Every time I order food or have a guest I have to go down the elevator to the lobby to get them. While annoying at times I do appreciate that it is difficult to get to the units. I have not questioned my safety here at all. They also have a security guard nightly and cameras! It has been great living here so far!

Highly Recommend Landmark on Lovers!
I've been pretty happy living at Landmark on Lovers the past 6 months. The manager, Jon, and his team handle concerns quickly and are always involved in making improvements, including garage lighting and security. Minor inconveniences were the elevators breaking down a few times and dog-owners not cleaning up after their pets in the elevators and hallways. The appliances are very new and any time there is a bug issue, Jon gets right on it. Overall, it is quiet and located in a very walkable area close to Tom Thumb and Central Market. I hear a little traffic noise from Lovers Lane, but that's to be expected. I would definitely recommend living here!

I truly enjoy living at Landmark on Lovers! We are in a great location that allows easy access to so many academic, cultural, business, and social venues in the city. Because I am asthmatic and allergic to cigarette smoke, I have to be very particular about where I live, so I enjoy and appreciate the fact that this is a smoke-free building! I feel a sense of safety here since there are at least 2 access-needed points to get into the residential areas. The management, office staff, and maintenance staff also provide great customer service and cultivate a welcoming and community environment by hosting different activities for residents - that usually include great food!

Clean, safe, friendly management team!
Recently moved in and am impressed with the floor layout, management, and cleanliness of the complex! Also, I feel safe here which is a big aspect of my move! Only gave 4 stars because the hallway smells a bit weird, which could be due to the cleaning solution they use, but not 100% sure. Overall, would recommend!

Renting at Landmark on Lovers has been a good experience so far. The staff is quick to respond to issues and sends out updates to residents regarding community complaints. Great community
After over two years of living here I can say that our staff and community is one of the best ones out there. Our service requests are addressed as soon as we submit them. Pretty and safe place to walk around with a lot of restaurants and stores walking distance. Only thing I am not the happiest about are the mail room issues. -Mariana M

Paying for location
Landmark on Lovers refers to themselves as a 'luxury' property. If you're looking for a place to hang your hat, you might find that your luxury ends there. The complex is in a relatively safe and quiet area of Dallas, but the security is non-existent. In the past year the package room has been broken into/robbed several times, the garage and elevator doors are often damaged/not working, and the hallways are generally sprinkled with debris. While the office staff are helpful and friendly, one of the members of the maintenance team is maybe the worst in world history. I am not sure he is certified in literally any capacity. Not only will he not complete your service ticket but will argue with you about the concern you've raised. After a handful of these experiences, we either fix things ourselves or hire someone externally. Zorin is the head of maintenance and usually accompanies this maintenance man. While Zorin solves problems, the other creates them and demeans you in the process. It's like something from a movie. Expect to pay a painful amount each month for below average quality. When the elevators are working, you'll find yourself standing in/next to dog urine on each ride. In your unit, you'll find the wood-like tile floors stained with white wall paint and the white wall paint on the cabinets and floorboards. If you ask about it, the response you will receive is 'that's just the way that it is'. In addition, the windows do not seal all the way - leading to aggressive energy bills. You should also plan to hire a cleaning service of your own upon move-in. Your unit will be left just the way that it is from the previous tenants - including ripped carpets, broken/dirty appliances. You will also be charged $30 monthly for a trash valet service that you cannot opt out of - regardless of living next to several trash chutes on each floor. This place is expensive for what it is. Do not be deceived by the quality of the leasing office.

I love it here!
I moved here in 2021 and have enjoyed living here so much. I don’t really have any complaints. The staff is so courteous and quick to address any issues. The apartment is in a great location. The apartments are updated and feel very luxurious. It’s so nice having an apartment that comes with a washer and drier in the unit! Maintenance stays on top of things and usually get to work orders the same day that they’re put in! Great communication from management. I love living here!

Landmark On Lovers a great place to live
I have lived at Landmark On Lovers since the building was new. I moved here "temporarily" so a family member could finish studies at SMU. He graduated 4 years ago and I am still here. The location is amazing. If you had to, you could walk to all of "life's necessities" as they are 10-15 minutes away including the DART rail. I have lived through several owner changes and management teams and I must say this team is the best we have had. They are accessible and listen. Jon the manager and Heather the assistant manager are great. The leasing team, Tonya and Daned are very personable. As for maintenance, 5 stars, they are attentive and quick. Zoran, Josh and Gabbi do a great job. The pool is one of the best I have ever seen. I am a swimmer and enjoy the 25 meter pool. The building is now 8-9 years old and is beginning to go through renovations. They have taken a little longer than anticipated and promised but if all that is planned goes through, it will be amazing. I am confident Jon can get it all done through all of the layers of upper management and owners. I am also a broker and have had several clients move here and they have been satisfied. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review and not a 5 is due to the housekeepers. I understand that they are a new contract and perhaps still getting settled in. The issues that I have addressed, once I had brought them to management's attention were taken care of. Overtime this will probably improve hopefully. I would definitely consider Landmark On Lovers. The property has one of the best locations in the area. The current management team/staff are the best we have had since the original team 7 years ago. Landmark On Lovers has gone through a lot of changes and the current upgrades and planned future renovations are exciting. It is a nice place to live and many of the residents have a sense of community with each other which is nice. I would recommend Landmark On Lovers as a place you can call home.

The team at Landmark on Lovers really cares about proactively solving issues and keeping the place in top shape. The maintenance team proactively fixed an issue with my freezer on a completely different work order which really showed their commitment to solving tenants' problems rather than sweeping what they could under the rug. Great apartment, management staff, and amenities
I moved into the Landmark last year and the new management staff has completely turned this place around for the better. It is at an ideal location in Dallas. Close to SMU, 2 supermarkets across the street, walkable distance to trails, and easy access to 75. The amenity list is much more than expected. One thing I miss is the coffee bar. I wish they would bring that back soon. It honestly saves a lot of time and money for the residents. Other than that, I think this is a great apartment complex to live at.

Life at Landmark
We have been residents at Landmark on Lovers for almost a year now, and II'm relieved to say that things have dramatically improved since moving in, and it's a fantastic place to live. When we first moved in, (Summer of 2020), there were some janitorial issues, security issues, and the staff was hit or miss when it came to resolving issues. Since then, the community has appointed a new manager, Jonathan, and simply put he has turned this place around. Numerous issues have been resolved in a timely manner, and he's gone out of his way to make sure residents are happy with the living situations here. The amenities are great, and currently in the talking stage of being made even better, ALL of the staff has been extremely helpful lately, the maintenance team is fantastic, and the residents are always friendly and great. The location is a huge plus to living here as well, walking distance to two grocery stores, and plenty of bars/restaurants in the immediate area. We enjoy living at Landmark, and I would definitely recommend people come check it out! - Amanda S.

Living at Landmark on Lovers
We have lived at Landmark for almost a year now. I wrote a review for this apartment complex back in November, and was very open and honest with the things that were a little trying living here, such as overflowing trash bins, office staff, and fire alarms going off at random times of the night or early morning. I'm happy to submit another review and say that things have drastically improved here in the past few months. The new community manager, Jonathan, has been amazing and has worked very hard to help turn these issues around, and he has gone above and beyond with keeping the residents informed as well. The aforementioned issues have been addressed and taken care of, and significant progress has been made on improving multiple areas of the property. This is a place that I can easily and gladly recommend to others now, and we very much enjoy living here. Improving again slowly
When I moved in here, it was a very nice area with a waterfall at the swimming pool, clean areas and grills, and people cleaned up after themselves pretty well. Over the past three years, that has changed. We went through multiple management changes, seemed to have a revolving door of "we'll fix this" but nothing got fixed, and things were removed to be fixed/replaced and instead just forgotten. The current new management has been proactive on fixing things, communicating changes, and trying to get the area back to a clean and friendly location.

I like this property and haven't had any outrageous issues. Maintenance is good and timely, which is a big thing. Parking is great in reference to space and visitors parking. The package room works well and there is usually a person in the room to help with organization. Office staff have gotten better at answering the front. I would like for the package room door to be less tricky opening it up and the walls are a bit thin for me. But overall, I recommend this place because the staff cares and they show love to the residents often!

Good, But Could Be Great
This place gives you so much bang for your buck! Amazing location, upgraded finishes, nice floor plans. My partner and I live in a 2-bedroom with tons of space and we love it. Unfortunately though, the common areas are not taken care of very well. Stains on the carpet, overflowing public trash chutes, etc. Additionally, doors and gates are often broken, causing safety concerns. With some more attention paid to the common areas this apartment could be a great place to live!

Great bang for your buck!
If you're looking for an affordable apartment in your budget with updated finishes and in Upper Greenville, this is by far your best option. I love being minutes away from Knox/Henderson, Katy Trail, Downtown, Bishop Arts, NorthPark Mall, and - my favorite - the Village park. I'm so close to 75 making for an easy commute and there are so many restaurants and shops within a ten-minute drive radius. Landmark on Lovers checks all of my boxes while other apartments in the area could only check off a few: -upgraded finishes with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops -covered parking garage -parking garage gate and key fob entry -elevators -interior hallways -patios in many if not all units -package room -nice pool and courtyard -valet trash -W/D included Some cons: -maintenance of the common areas is below par, the hallway carpets have stains throughout and the public trash cans are often overflowing -parking garage gates malfunction regularly -the building's new Manager and Assistant Manager are responsive, transparent, and helpful, but the rest of the office team tends to drop the ball. There is seemingly a lot of turnover and often times when I call the office, no one picks up and often times my voicemails and emails get no reply. PROS: -location! -pricing is competitive with comparable apartments in the area if not better and you get more -nice finishes -responsive and helpful maintenance team with quick turn around. HUGE shoutout to them for helping me after hours on a couple occasions including when my washer flooded my bedroom and during the Feb 2020 ice storm.
