Estoy feliz de vivir en este complejo residencial, mi apartamento tiene muchos espacios y tengo la vista espectacular del highway 395. La administración del edificio es muy profesional y eficaz. Cualquier problema en el apartamento reportado, el equipo de mantenimiento llega para arreglarlo, hay personal del frente en el lobby las 24 horas para cualquier problema y el edificio tiene seguridad para que solamente los residentes den aprobación para entrar en el edificio. Recomiendo a este complejo residencial para ser su próximo hogar. Elsa, John y el resto del personal de encargarse del arrendamiento son muy amables y explican todos los requisitos para calificar. Les doy 100% puntaje de servicio al cliente.
I still live here and I only have one thing to say the front desk personnel is the most rudest person I have ever encountered. Josh should probably work in the back office as he has no skills to work as front desk assistant. I don't plan on living here after my lease ends so good luck to everyone who has to deal with this RUDE human being.
I moved here in late 2018, the apartment complex is not recommended. -The management office personnel is rude, if they don't like you they will say no to any request. -Repair requests, they will make you wait many days to get apartment repaired. -Request a receipt always,they will charge you late a late fee even if you pay the rent on time. -Too much noise with ambulances and fire trucks passing by, extremely loud noise even at 3, 4 ,5 am, it will wake you up. -There are only 2 elevators and one is broken many times, so long wait to get to your apartment. -Also if you want to move to another apartment they will tell you is not permitted, but you will see other tenants moving to other apartments from time to time. Finally, read the lease carefully before you sign it, they add clauses that are unfair to the tenant.
I have an efficiency suite (studio) and it's super spacious for one person. Two big walk-in closets, fully loaded kitchen, huge bathroom, and big beautiful windows/sliding door and balcony. It's a quiet apartment- I never get woken up or hear much around me. Bonus: I can see I-395 from my apartment and monitor traffic to know when to leave in the morning. Added bonus: it's far enough away that I don't hear the traffic. Utilities and parking included (that was a huge plus for me!). The front desk staff is always helpful and are kind people. I could list all the ways they've been generous, but I won't here. They greet me by name and I see them having casual conversations with tenants all the time. One of my favorite things about living here is that the people who live and work in the building are culturally diverse. So many languages are spoken in the elevators and lobby. Rose in the management office went above and beyond to make sure the move in process was as easy as possible for me and has been amazing even after I signed my lease. It's a great place to live! My one complaint is that the washers and dryers could be better downstairs. Overall this is a great place to live!
I love my beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment! I have been living at Landmark Towers for 5 years and I recently moved from a studio apartment to the 1 bedroom. I have seen so many positive changes at the building over the past few years. Not only is it in a good location, but I also have my office on one of the lower floors.
I toured this building while looking for an apartment in Alexandria. The building appears to be under new management and renovation. I saw a huge one bedroom apartment that was renovated with nice new floors and a big balcony. I like how they have a new gym and a bunch of retail options in the first floor including dry cleaner and a deli that smelled really good but I didnt eat anything.
My apartment nice close to work.but there is a certain things I don't like,people nice around me..close to everything..I paying 1025 dollars including utilities.
Has dry cleaners, hair salon, and a deli. Very tiny gym. Horrible management, poor air conditioning system.
