Property Ratings at Landover Apartments
I have lived at Landover for about 2 years now. When I first came here to view apartments, I met with someone who was renting, and they told me it was a nice place. I took their advice and moved in. The rent price is good, and the location has been adequate for my needs here. I have never had an issue with the property manager, they have always done their best to reply quickly and address my complaints. I have a cat, and live on the third floor, and apparently the only wooden floor room in the entire complex. I have lived in apartments for 2 years but have had the most disrespectful neighbor below me the entire time who has given me issues since the day I moved in. I walked on eggshells for the greater park of a year. My neighbors were constantly harassing me with yelling when i would make a noise or complained any time i dropped anything or my cat would run around, hitting the ceiling several times a week (which went on for well over a year) and telling me I was too loud even though she has several children. I was ready to move out when I spoke to the current manager, she tried to reassure me but there were never any more actions held other than a complaint filed to them. I am counting down the days to move out and never should have reupped my lease this year. I feel like the people who recommended (who lived next to me) me, moved out because of the neighbor downstairs. They had a large dog who would make noise often and the neighbor approached me being fed up with the dog, which she thought was mine and was not, and voiced her distaste for any pet. My fault for being hopeful things would get better over time. If you want to listen to everyone's life like you're sitting across from them, this place is it for you.
I moved in my place aug 2017. Office Manager has always been pleasant, anything I’ve ever asked of her she always delivered. Maintenance are great I haven’t had any problems getting them to repair anything. It’s always quiet sometimes to quiet being an apartment complex lol. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
