Boasting panoramic views of several mountain ranges, North Issaquah is a scenic wooded neighborhood. Since the neighborhood is surrounded by natural beauty, fly-fishing, paragliding, hiking boating, and other outdoor hobbies are very common in North Issaquah. North Issaquah is convenient to several natural areas including Lake Sammamish State Park, a 512-acre green space that’s a local favorite for kayaking, paddleboarding, and zip-lining.
Despite being in a verdant locale, North Issaquah residents have easy access to plenty of urban amenities. Along with housing corporate offices for major companies like Costco and Microsoft, North Issaquah is packed with shopping and dining options and there are even more commercial hubs not far from the neighborhood. North Issaquah truly has something for everyone.

Property Ratings at Langara
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY… IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD This has been hands down the worst experience dealing with a property company in my entire life and I would not recommend anyone to live here. To begin, the leasing office has continuously changed managers on a whim, which is an immediate red flag. Each one after the last knowing less and less about the issues that occur on this property. In my time living here there has been over 4 different managers who all promise change and fail to live up to it. The utilities, like the trash, is split amongst all the residents so if you do not use a lot, be prepared to pay for others. Also during move out the office does not enforce their alleged “strict” dumping policy. Allowing ex-residents to over fill the dumpsters, which in turn does not get picked up by the city and continues to overflow. Once it is finally gone, the extra charges for the overfill is passed immediately on to the rest of the residents that are still currently living there. I had raised my frustration with this to only be made empty promises that never changed. Also the communication between the office and residents is almost disrespectful how hard it is. I have recently sent 3 emails concerning my move-out (which has been a horrendous process) with no response from the office. This is typical especially when there is a deadline. The office will dodge emails until you are forced into paying or doing something you were trying to discuss. The leasing office is often not open during the times described, and if you think they are going to try to help you… they won’t. Also I tried to speak to a regional manager or anyone above the leasing office and I was told that they could not give me that information and it cannot be found online. So if you expect to get help by anyone associated with this property you won’t. I can go on and on about how disappointed I have been with dealing with Langara and Cushman Wakefield as a whole and will never live in another of their properties. If you do live there, just know that the office will not check in about end of lease even if you have submitted a noticed through their website and will automatically roll you into month to month without saying anything. While this is allowed in Issaquah, I find it to be slimy for a company to try to purposely wait until it is too late to let you know that a notice has not been received.
