Thank you for your great review! We're happy to have you.
My experience in this apartment has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was pitted in a battle against a severe bug infestation every day and night, leaving my once peaceful abode akin to a warzone, leading to countless sleepless nights filled with distress. The management, with their promised 24-hour emergency service, has proven nothing but empty words. It's been almost two weeks, and the infestation remains untouched - an alarming testament to their subpar service. Their nonchalant responses to my pleas, their startling indifference, and the fact that they failed to even correctly identify me as a resident, have only served to magnify my frustration. I was left feeling unheard and ignored in a place I used to call home. Their assurances of prompt action within 24 hours were just empty promises. Their response didn't come until several days after, despite claiming they could intervene the first time they were aware of it when I noticed them I wanted to move out just because they think of it was not urgent! Despite their continued assertions, the infestation still flourished, contradicting their claims of resolution. I finally decided to move out after enduring nights plagued by insects, with bugs infesting every corner of my space. Please note, the window screens are entirely ineffective! If you open your window (not just screens, since screens can't be opened), a swarm of insects will invade your room in the spring and summer. When I informed the team, they did nothing but blame me, accusing me of deliberately inviting these pests in and rendering the room uninhabitable. Their condescending attitude, coupled with their unwillingness to timely address the issue, is utterly repugnant. The entire ordeal has been nothing short of emotionally draining and infuriating. The lack of tenant care from management has been shockingly disappointing and a total letdown. Also, it's worth mentioning that on March 21st, management sent an email encouraging residents to leave positive reviews in exchange for a chance to win an Amazon gift card. They announced the winner on April 28th, so be cautious when evaluating any positive reviews during this period. For those considering this place as a future home, I implore you to think twice. Their lack of accountability, empathy, and responsiveness is alarming and wholly unsatisfactory.

We are sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience with us. Our team has been in contact with you on a number of occasions regarding your concerns and has been to your apartment to remedy the issue. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to our property team at (608) 271-5955. Thank you.
I really like it here. The efficiency is a nice size with a kitchen almost the same size as the rest of the room. There's a full size oven, but a smaller refrigerator. The other part of the room is big enough to put a queen bed in. Old fashioned radiators really work well when it gets cold. However, if you're on the lower floors, sometimes the Kollege Klub below can be obnoxiously loud. The noise makes up for being so close to everything though. I love being one street off of State Street!
