Property Ratings at Lansdale Station Apartments
Wish I could give 0 stars. This place has gone so far downhill since we have moved in that I feel the need to post this to save other people the headache that we have gone through here. The so-called Management here is non-existent as they do not do anything to help and do not get back to you since the contact information posted is not accurate. There is dog poop everywhere, on both the grassy areas and sidewalks, and the trash cans are literally overflowing. I pay to park on their so-called secure parking lot and unfortunately now have to deal with a broken side view mirror which will cost $600 to fix. This place is not worth the money. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
We have lived in this complex since 2020. Prior to the ownership/management switch it was a wonderful place to live with friendly and helpful staff members. Since the switch, it has done nothing but decline in quality. Cannot say enough poor things about management. They refuse to help residents even with the smallest of issues, from retrieving packages that they placed in the wrong lockers in their package room to larger issues like $600 worth of damage sustained to our vehicle that was parked in an approved resident parking spot that we pay a monthly fee for. I had essential medical supplies that were placed in the incorrect parcel locker and had photo proof of delivery but when I went to the office to get help retrieving my medical supplies I was told the photo meant nothing and that she could not help me get my supplies, even though she has access to all of the lockers. Sure enough, a few days later, my package WAS in the locker but I was missing my supplies for several days because management neglected to help a long time resident with a seemingly very simple issue. Dog poop everywhere, trash cans and dumpsters are constantly full/overflowing. They do not keep proper records of things like pet fees/deposits paid and will attempt to double charge or add additional fees. Rent has increased in the time we have been here but quality has plummeted. Inconsistent contact information for the office is provided, there are signs on doors with information that is completely outdated so good luck reaching anyone if you have an urgent issue. Typically we avoid dealing with management at all costs because nothing productive ever comes from it, so instead we deal with the poor quality that is provided knowing nothing will be addressed in a helpful or professional manner. We waited months for a replacement water filter for our fridge and are still waiting for the light above our microwave to be replaced, two requests that we thought could be addressed easily. Cannot stress enough how far downhill this place has gone.

This place was good before new management took over. The staff is beyond unprofessional or accommodating. They will enter your apartment whenever they please even when you have a pet and ask to be present. The property manager is the most unprofessional disrespectful human I’ve dealt with. I left my apartment in great condition after 2 years, and they dinged me for minor wear and tear. They also charged me $250 for new carpets because there was “pet hair on baseboards”. Absolutely ridiculous, especially with their lack of care for the complex. The dog waste bins are constantly overflowing, street signs within complex falling down, and multiple cars have been broken into. Not to mention kids at all hours sitting on top of septa building screaming at residents. DO NOT waste your hard earned money to live in this “luxury” complex.

Thank you for giving us a 5-star rating! We're happy to know that you've had a great experience with us and look forward to your next visit.
If you like the smell of marijuana coming from your neighbors on a supposedly drug free and smoke free property, constant door slamming, your packages going missing and obnoxious nosey neighbors then this place is for you. Doesn't matter which building. You will frequently find dog excrement in the parking lot, people speeding through the parking lot, trash being left outside of buildings., This place is a slum in disguise.

I’m sorry to learn you have had a negative experience at Madison Lansdale Station and I’d like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please send your contact info to nmessina@maglp.com so that I can set up a time where we can discuss the situation in greater detail. I look forward to the chance to improve your experience in our community. Thank you.
The apartments are within walking distance to a lot of good places to eat and make the commute to a lot of local companies very easy (Merck, J&J, etc.). The on-site property management team (Nicole and Rachel) are incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are well made and have nice decks that remain free of organic matter (keeps them clean). The only thing that can detract from the pleasant atmosphere (minimally) are the sound of the train (manageable if you’re from a city, but could be tough if you’re from somewhere REALLY quiet). Some of the designs of some of the appliances are not 100% optimal (not enough freezer shelves, microwaves are above electric burners and tend to get some condensation on them when cooking). As a bonus: Lots of people have dogs and they’re very friendly and for the most part quiet! Overall, great place to live! I’ve rented several times in the Philadelphia area and it was probably my favorite spot.

Providing a positive experience for our residents is important to us. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide a review!
Apartment complex is awesome. Great amenities and the staff is always friendly and quick to help. Especially, during a pandemic. The user who complained about the lantern flies is a joke. Welcome to an invasive species that is literally all over PA.

There are millipedes everywhere - inside apartments and outside. They are all over the gym floor. Now, we have the additional of lantern flies. Get ready to be swarmed by them walking around the property. There is never any parking and management does nothing to manage that tenants only park here. Everyone going into town uses the Madison parking. If your AC goes out in the middle of a heat wave, be prepared to wait 5 days and suffer the heat.

They let brewery to set up near the windows and sing on weekends. (Too much noise )Apartment is good, but management don’t care to fix the problems of tenants.

I would overwhelmingly recommend this community, based on its location in Lansdale, its amenities, and the interactions with management/staff.
Great place to live, staff gives a very high level of care to the complex and the residents.
Would: very nice, lots of activities, location Would not: noise from train
I recommend it all the time. This place is amazing
The apartment has: superb interior appearance, quality appliances, and functional interior floor plan. Beautiful and charming exterior appearance. And cheerful, helpful, and knowledge staff. Good geographical location.
