Property Ratings at Lansdowne Apartments
Not taken care of. Poor management. Rust everywhere. Roofing falling down. Parking is ridiculously mismanaged
Honestly, I feel most apartment complexes in Lexington for this price range are awful. When I moved into my first apartment, it flooded the first night. There was mold and decayed wood in the bathroom flooring. It wasn’t a proper living condition. I was moved to another complex which required me to pay again for furniture to be moved. I was given some money off my rent, but nothing to cover the stress and cost of relocating. The person who did this, who was actually nice, has left the company (to no surprise). Since then, I have had flooding in my new apartment. Emergency maintenance took hours to respond. The water kept flowing this entire time. Overall, I highly recommend finding somewhere else that is better, if you have the means to. The staff here are incompetent and will not take responsibility for the faults of their property.
