Just south of Barton Creek Habitat Preserves sits one Austin’s most family-friendly neighborhoods, West Oak Hill. Popular for its large lot sizes and relative tranquility when compared to the rest of the city that lies to the east, West Oak Hill is full of charming older houses, contemporary apartment homes, and plenty of amenities.

Overall it’s been good. Staff is tough to get ahold of; almosts impossible but I believe they are still shorthanded, so they’re trying. All my dealings with them person have been excellent though. They are very kind and understanding. Genuine, good listeners and most definitely eager to help. For me, Brianna has been a standout. I just happen to have dealt mainly with her and she gets a big attaboy from me. Maintenance team is fairly quick. They are always waving and smiling and down for a conversation here and there, nice guys. Property could use some TLC on the cosmetic side and the none parking areas could absolutely use some beautifying. Maybe adding some more green space. The units are a touch thin to be all wood floors in every unit; carpet would help. Quiet, friendly and good location. I’d recommend it to anyone; I enjoy it here.
Community is enjoyable to be a part of. The staff are responsive and quick to help when needed. We returned to the community as we were unable to find other options to fit our comfortability.

We have had issues with the moving in process. From issues w the appliances, cleanliness of new apartment, unable to reach management to setup key pickup, to management being late for key pickup appointment.
Great apartment with a great view, its also nearby plenty of shopping centers while still being secluded! The private trails on the property are great!

Amazing property with an incredible staff. The buildings are quaint and the location is so peaceful. Love all of the trees, hills and walking trails around the community. The location is very central and allows for easy access to downtown. Would highly recommend this community to any friend moving to south Austin.

This apartment complex is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. The amenities are great, including a pool, gym, and clubhouse. The apartments are spacious and modern.
From day one touring to today over 2 years later, I absolutely love Lantana Hills. The staff (shout out Ariana!) is amazing, maintenance is fantastic, the complex is kept so nice and neat, great facilities, and I love my apartment. Thank yall for making this a great place to live!
Great location, friendly staff, and spacious units! However, maintenance can be slow. Overall, a solid choice for city living! We had no problem moving in
I can't say i have any complaints. The last place I had an apt with was no where near as nice, yet, I paid 200 more for the studio than I do for my 1 bedroom here. Plus, constant issues with people sneaking in and stealing converters off cars. Some gated community when the gates never worked. If you looking for quiet and great place with a small accommodation like a nice clean pool I see getting touched up in the morning, lawn is taken care of, and the staff are generous, Lantana Hills is that place.
Been here almost 4 months and still love it. The management puts on fun events and the ladies in the office are really nice. It's easy to get to downtown (besides rush hour, but still only 30-45ish minutes) and feels like living in the suburbs.
The experience here was not as expected. Several issues with the unit; including consistent issues with roach infestation in our building..Leasing staff was nice, but the overall living experience left more to be desired. Grounds were somewhat well kept but breezeways were littered with filth and debris and could use some attention.
It’s a wonderful, safe and beautiful area. It has been great in the time have been loving here. Stays nice and quiet most of the time to make it feel very peaceful.
Move in was very easy. Brianna was awesome! The apartment is great and so happy to be here! Would recommend this complex for anyone looking for a real quiet place! Go Lantana Hills!

Super safe area. Beautiful pool. Had some issues with some appliances more often than I would like, but maintenance is relatively quick in responding. Leasing office staff are great and always willing to help!

Good community and the leasing office solves every single query of yours. The community is safe and silent. I recommend lantana hills to people. Some improvements are they can have more lights in the night, but because right now it’s hard to walk in the night ( literally no light ). Pest control can be done better

This place is really nice. The colors on the inside of the apartment are warmer browns, which feels cozier than a lot of the newer modern apartments that are all grey and white. The complex is a 5 minute drive to a sweet drive through the hill country for some awesome views. Bee Cave is less than 15 minutes away and it *can* take 15 minutes to get to UT/downtown if traffic's light.

So far, this has been the best apartment living experience that I’ve had in my 26 years living in Austin. About 15 of those years were in a rental home. This property is in a very quiet and also a very low density neighborhood. The units are very nice. Mine has crown molding and little features that make a difference that way. I feel very safe at all times a day when I walk my dog and the staff is really helpful and very friendly.

I have really enjoyed my stay so far, love that so many people exercise around here, the restaurants and businesses nearby are also great! It’s also only 15-20 min to downtown. Surprisingly there is peacefulness and privacy at an apartment complex, I have an apt with a yard. And not to mention the staff are super friendly and responsive. The grounds are very clean. I’m enjoying and happy to have selected Lantana.

Lantana Hills is a great place to live! My home has a beautiful view of the hills and is super close to one of the many hiking trail entrances here. The office staff is so kind and helpful and the maintenance team is top-notch! I can see myself signing another lease here.

I love lantana hills! It has been such a great place to live. Such a peaceful and pleasant community. I love the convenience of living here. 24 hour gym access has been great with my busy work schedule. The management team is awesome also! The manager and leasing team are so welcoming and helpful. I also love how efficient the maintenance team is. All work orders are completed quick and easy. If you are looking for a place to live, lantana is it!

I've lived here for 5+ years and have been very satisfied with my time here (or I wouldn't still be here). The maintenance staff is so incredible and always take care of any service requests submitted so quickly! The Leasing Office staff has always been helpful, too! I was very grateful for the help received during the crazy snow incident: providing water, food and more for residents.

It is an excellent and quiet complex, and I love its green areas and how well-kept it is! Good size a dog park and excellent facilities. I am a nature lover and the roads are great to feel like you are on an adventure, they need a little attention but they are excellent for walking and enjoying nature.

I adore living here! It’s a great place for couples and pets. My partner and I have enjoyed the quick responses to the two kitchen fixtures in our apartment that needed to be fixed/replaced during our stay so far. The office staff has been attentive and kind. Highly recommend Lantana Hills.

We have felt at home and well supported by the team members at Lantana Hills from the tour to move-in. Everyone has been happy, polite, and easy to work with. The apartments and amenities are in great condition and everything is incredibly well kept. So glad we decided on this complex.

I have been living at Lantana Hills for just over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my beautiful apartment and the overall development. The grounds are meticulously kept and the office staff have always been helpful and very responsive. The maintenance staff responds within 24 hours of putting in a service request and I have always been pleased with the work. I plan to renew my lease for a second year and I would absolutely recommend this development to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet apartment home yet only 15 minutes to downtown.
