About Lantana Village Apartments

Available immediately! Our largest apartments! There are two 3 bedroom/2 bath apartments available immediately. Each of these apartments include refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher plus washer/dryer and are over 1,450 sq. feet - Large living room and open dining area off kitchen. Primary bedroom has a really nice bathroom. A storage shed outside the apartment is included. There is a small patio off the front door of the apartments. All one level with no upstairs or downstairs neighbors! Complex has a barbeque grill and patio table under a gazebo. Each of these apartments include two assigned parking spots. You won’t find many 3 bedroom/2 bath apartments this large! Located between Kyrene and S. Roosevelt on W. Southern Ave. It is a small 15 unit complex convenient to ASU, Sky Harbor, Tempe bus lines and many businesses along S. Roosevelt. Parking is in the back of the complex, off S. Roosevelt. Rent includes water, garbage; tenant pays for electricity (SRP). Must provide qualified employment verification (copy of most recent pay stub). Application fee of $35 per adult; security deposit (refundable) is $1,500.00; NO PETS; outdoor smoking only.
