Do Not Rent Here Seriously
Property manager is Rude and negligent to fix anything or make you wait for whenever they feel like fixing your unit she tries to add hidden Fees I had to get the City involved and she gave me and my Husband a 60 day notice for reporting her to the city for not fixing our swamp cooler we pay our rent on time

Apartments are Great For the Price
Manager is awesome when things need to be fixed she gets to it as fast as humanly possible, neighbors are friendly you have your sprinkle of bad ones, but they don't last long, highly recommend

Poor customer service
I had the unfortunate pleasure of staying here and let me first say, do not, I repeat do not Stay here unless it is your last resort. If your appliance, toilet anything stops working, you have to wait until Tuesday or Thursday to fix it and even then he might be at another site and you have to wait another day. The manager lives on the property and she can be very argumentative and difficult to deal with. The plus side is the neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. Other than that I do not recommend this place.
