We’ve had the best experience living at Lantower. They can’t be compared to any other community. It starts with the welcoming personalities by all of the staff from the management in office to the maintenance crew and the vendors. I believe they hire only the best. And to top it off, they offer the most reasonable cost of living compared to every other place in the area. These people are genuinely caring and friendly individuals. The apts and landscaping are serene and we have A+ amenities here. I can’t say it enough how comfortable they make you feel. And the neighbors, quiet and friendly. I haven’t met any grumpy people in this neighborhood yet. Thank you In regards to negative comment on here, I live in Building & and have never seen a roach in my apt.

This place should come with a warning for incompetent property management team. Building 8 has a huge roach infestation that after a year and dozens of weekly masy visits never got fixed. Property management refuses to communicate issues or admit fault when their staff does wrong or leaves your property unlocked after a random visit. I promise you that this is not the place you want to try out for a year. Outside of their control, both ends of the street outside the property are a nightmare to enter/exit and while it looks nicely placed by the outlet mall you will hate yourself driving nearby during rush hour or peak times like December shopping. Over the course of the year I tried many times to call and report issues and almost half the times I never got any response. Lastly if you live beneath anyone prepare to hear everything about them.

I lived here for over a year and when I moved out, I cleaned my apartment for over 2 days. I cleaned everything. I even machine washed the carpet flooring and had no visible stains from dog uriantion. Management was aware that I had a dog so I didn’t expect to be charged for carpet replacement when I moved out but they did so anyway. Be prepared to pay up when you move out. I was a great tenant and always paid on time.
The apartment is ok, tries to be as modern as possible. You can hear almost everything from your neighbors and upstairs neighbors. The management team is terrible and could care less of their tenants. They are never available to talk about issues and never return my calls. Hilarious to see on other sites that the manager will reply saying to get in touch with them but just say that as a formality.
Management is not organized and unfortunately the tenant suffers as a result. There is no transparency or accountability, and most importantly, there is no incentive for being a good tenant. They will raise your rent (without justification) every year, whether you are an excellent tenant who always pays rent on time, or whether you trash the place. I don't understand how apartments operate under these principles. Certainly, retention of good tenants is not a priority.
The parking is a problem. I have a handicapped placard and every day/night someone parks in either the handicapped parking space or the striped area of it up next to my car
The office staff is the friendliest! The location is perfect, secluded yet easy access to I-72 and I-275. I've been talking about Seneca since I moved in. I don't want to move again!
The service request was done in a timely manner and appears to have resolved the issue for now. They replaced screws in the gate but the actual frame of the gate appears to be damaged and dented in where the lock fits in. It is not clearly visable but my concern is that the lock will become loose again in time and also the integrity of the security gate.
I LOVE LIVING HERE AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS. I LOVE CALLING SENECA HOME AND IVE SPOKEN WITH SEVERAL RESIDENT WHO FEEL THE SAME WAY.
I rented in Seneca for 3 years, look elsewhere - During which time our above-neighbor's washing machine broke and caused over $1,000 in damages to personal property. It took Seneca 2 weeks to dry the carpet (They refused to clean it, despite the smell of mildew still present) . The same neighbor was also an avid smoker at night and the fumes would often come through the vents into our apartment. Upon moving out, I was charged for A/C Duct cleaning and carpet cleaning due to a build-up of dirt. After I disputed the matter, the manager took 2 full weeks to respond to my email, and changed all documents to saying the charges were due to smoking in the apartment. I don't smoke. It took Seneca over 2 months to fix our A/C as shown in the work order report attached. If I would guess, I would say the build came from the months without A/C.
It's relatively quiet and complex is kept up.
I love this place. I can not imagine a better apartment complex to live in. Thank you for everything!
I have already introduced a personal friend of mine to Seneca. She came to visit me and liked the features in my apartment, was impressed with the buildings and landscape of the property. I told her I feel safe living here.
I love living here but the rates keep escalating and I won't be able to renew at this rate.
I love the apartment and the staff but the price is high and the noise is frustrating.
The staff is so professional, and friendly. All matters are resolved in an extremely timely manner. We are so excited to be new members of this wonderful apartment community.
The office staff and the maintenance staff are so friendly. The grounds are very nice. The only issue I might have would be the policy on the carpet. This is not the office staff though as I understand this is above them. Since it is cheaper carpet that is put in we should have the option to have it changed out every few years. I plan on staying here for years and have been told the only way to get new carpet would be to move into another unit as all carpet is changed out when you move. I even requested to purchase it myself and told that is not an option. The carpet can make or break your home so this is upsetting. We have been here for 2.5 years and the carpet is matted down and does not look good at all. Not even cleaning it has helped.
I would recommend this property as the team members work well together, are prompt to address resident concerns and they treat the residents with respect.

The only cons I can speak of are the rent being a bit high, especially given newer communities in the area having lower prices, and the lack of sports activities outside of a gym.
They called before coming as I had asked on the submission request. When I got home the light bulb was changed, a paper was left showing they had been there, and they left extra bulbs for the other track lighting should I need them.
At first glance you might want to stay here due to the colorful apartments and sub par landscaping job. But once I made the mistake of moving in it quickly faded. After the first week I already had enough with the annoying neighbors, problems with carpet coming up and other issues that should've been taken care of before I moved in. Paying over 1000$ for rent alone shouldn't mean moving into an apartment with animal hair from the previous owner everywhere. When I complained the only thing they offered to help with was the carpet. It gets better though.... The maintenance people came didn't fix anything and better yet didn't speak English. I lived there for months and they never came back. I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone.... The gym is pathetic the pool is nice but whoever designed the layout needs to be fired. Also being called "spoiled" by an employee that assumed my parents would be paying for the apartment is unacceptable. Dont waste your money here basically all the other apartments in the same price range are nicer Seneca did a great job at making there apartments look nice from the outside but the inside Just isn't worth it. I paid 2,000$ to break my lease I was that unhappy here you can rent a house for the price of there 1bed 1 bath and yet everything the put into there apparents is cheap. Anyone that calls this luxury doesn't know what luxury is.
This resort style living is affordable and just a minute from major highways without being in the midst of heavy traffic. Imagine a hidden treasure just north of Tampa with multiple pools that suit families and singles alike. Fireplaces and BBQs are available at the pool and throughout the lush grounds. Seneca's grounds are beautifully kept and have large old trees that add the feeling you are home unlike many complexes that bulldoze everything and add twigs for trees later leaving a cold sterilized impression. A huge farm with horses is next door adding to the feeling of getting away from it all when you come home. Inside the gorgeous open concept units adds to the feeling of roominess along with tall ceilings, crown moldings, chocolate cabinets and dark appliances. The hardwood floors are real plank hardwood that provide a richness unparalleled in anything I have ever seen. Pets are welcome and there are plenty of clean up stations to ensure a clean environment along with a dog park and plenty of walking trails. If exercising outside isn't for you you will enjoy a full gym which overlooks the sparking pools. And even though we are a hidden treasure this complex is five minutes from drugstores, grocery stores and the beautiful Shops at Wiregrass. I love that both bedrooms in my unit have completely private bathrooms so my guests are comfortable within their own suite. My sisters visit more now than ever before. We have tons of room in the huge kitchen to cook our favorite meals and then head out to the pool for some sun. The huge island in the kitchen provides work space, extra cabinetry and is completed with it's own power outlet. The most important thing though when you find the place you want to call home is knowing the office staff will answer when you call. Every time I have called for assistance, from light bulbs to air conditioner questions they don't need to be hounded. The gentleman are here the same day every single time and I like that they are nice to my overly friendly dogs. Parking is plentiful here, we have valet trash at a modest price, and utilities are priced fairly compared to Tampa. I have traveled for 20 years for work and after more apartments than I can count this is my number one favorite home I have ever had the fortune to find. Come check it out for yourself you will not be disappointed!
This complex is tucked away and surrounded by houses so you are in the city but it's still quite. The maintenance is very quick. I have lived here just shy of one year and I have only had to call maintenance once. The community is kept clean. I am not a fan of the valet completely. I like that you can put your trash out your door and they come get it but some people don't follow the time restrictions and their trash is our all day and makes the stairway stinky. I have never had any bugs. Just like any complex, the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbor coughing. The complex is beautiful though and the inside of the apartment is gorgeous. I would recommend living here. Plus the outlet mall is about to open around the corner.
I fell in love with this property! It's so beautiful. The interior of these apartments is amazing. I lived in a one bedroom (Jasmine). The kitchen in these apartments is probably the most spacious apartment kitchen you will ever see. Its very quiet , nice and the people that live here are great! Staff is great and friendly.I am almost at the end of my 11 month lease and I will not be renewing my lease due to a slight raise in rent and wanting to move somewhere closer to my job but I would recommend this place to anyone! If you are looking for a place in the Wesley Chapel/Lutz/Land O Lakes area this is definitely worth it! I am very sad to be leaving at the end of my lease.
I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year as a resident of Seneca at Cypress Creek Apartments and it has been an absolute pleasure to live here. The property is peaceful, quiet and feels secluded, separating you from the hustle and bustle of the outside world, even though it's located not far from the interstate. One of my favorite features is the garage w/driveway that comes with my 2BR/2BA apartment, which is located directly under my apartment. It has an adjoining private entrance with direct access to my apartment, which is excellent to keep my car out of the heat of the Florida sun and I don't have to worry about getting wet going to/from my car during the rainy season. I enjoy walking my dog around the nicely landscaped walking area, and he enjoys it too! There's also a fenced-in dog park on the property where you can take your dog to run and play. There are 3 levels to the pool area that offer different areas of privacy from families w/children to singles. I enjoy the waterfall elements that divide the 3 pools, especially by the lower, more private pool area... it's sooooo relaxing and a great place to unwind. The pool area has plenty of nice lounge chairs, tables, various covered areas for a gathering and two gas grills as well as an outdoor fireplace for the cooler months. There are also charcoal grills and picnic tables that you can use located around the walking areas if you want to use them. Free wi-fi is available so if you want to work from your laptop safely by the poolside, you can do so in a comfortable enclosed section between the clubhouse and pool. I've never had the need to use the clubhouse, but it's a nicely decorated indoor air-conditioned area w/a bar and pool table. No need for a gym membership! There's a nice gym onsite that overlooks the pool area and has recently been upgraded and renovated w/new equipment. For biz tasks, there is an office onsite equipped with Mac computers, internet and a printer/copier/fax machine. While the kitchen & bath decor are modern, an appliance upgrade would add to the modern appeal, provide more beneficial energy savings, and add higher valued amenities to the apartments. :) For safety and security reasons, it's comforting to live in a gated community like Seneca! Lastly, the staff is always friendly and eager to help, and any maintenance issues have always been tended to in a very timely manner. I'm very thankful for a great 3 years!
I have been at Seneca ifor two years and it is the perfect home! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and take care of any questions or issues immediately. Have never had a single problem. It has excellent location close to shopping and the freeway! The grounds are beautiful and the apartment interior is even better. Quite place just far enough away from the main road to be a quiet getaway! Would recommend it again and again!

I absolutely love living at Seneca. It's a beautiful complex with beautiful amenities. If you are looking for somewhere in the lutz/Wesley chapel/ land o lakes area this is denifey worth a tour! You won't be disappointed
Been living here for over a year now and love it. The location is great and the floor plans are spacious. There are plenty of open nature areas for walking and leasing office staff is great. The maintenance team could use a little work though they have improved over the past year I've been here. It used to be that they would take days to complete requests, now you generally get next day service. There was one day my AC went out and I had to call the emergency maintenance line after hours. The guy was very nice and didn't seem to mind being called after hours which was nice. Overall I would recommend, for this area you get a lot more for your buck.
Lived at Seneca for a year now and have absolutely no complaints! Recently, one of Florida's famous storms knocked the power out for a few seconds and when it came back on the A/C had quit working. I called the front office and it was literally fixed in less than 30 minutes!! Highly recommend this place for anyone lucky enough to live here!!
Seneca at cypress creek is a gem in a haystack in a way. its build on the outskirts of a huge cow field. HOWEVER, once you pull into this complex, its like a village. there are over 450 apartments from one, two, three bedrooms to 1.2 or3 story apartments. the facilities are brand new, the gym is a year old and has 10-15 tredmills, ellipticals and spin bikes, as well as full weights and multiple machines(better than most housing communities facilities. As far as pets, there is no weight limit and very lenient breed restrictions, ive seen dobermans, sheppards, pits, rottweilers and huskies. they have three parks that the apt buildings surround that have poopie bags set up all over the complex and two dogparks. also there is a guy who offers pet-sitting and walking as many times a day as you need, hes in here 18 hours a day taking care of dogs. if your a dog lover this is your place! lastly but most importantly is the actual interior of the apt; the countertops are beautiful and the cabinets are huge, the bathroom is large and so is the closet. washer/dryer in the apt and water is included in the rent! wood linoleum floors in the living room carpet in the bedroom. also get a little trashbox outside the front door that is picked up sun-thurs. there are 6 supermarkets within 10 miles as well as wiregrass mall, the new tampa outlets opening in three months, the grove shopping center, and last but most important for city workers, the interstate is less than 2 minutes away with access to both i75 and i275. the location is within reach of all things necessary but isnt congested and is very peaceful and quiet.
Every staff member from the leasing office to the maintenance personnel are all awesome. Everyone always has a great attitude they make you feel welcome, and at home. Apartments are well maintained, clean, and spacious. I would recommend these to anyone.
