Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Because they don't fix nothing in your apartment even if you put in a work order they still don't fix anything and there's a lot more that I wish I never moved in this apartment worse apartment of my life that I ever rented
