These have been my favorite apartments by far in the NoCo area. I love the layout and the cleanliness of the community. The staff is very friendly and super quick to address any questions or concerns!

Love living here! When we came to tour the apartment complex Devon helped us out and she was so awesome! Anytime we’ve had an issue it gets solved quickly. Management and maintenance is great!

Lariat apartments were a great space to call home while I lived in the area. The amenities were exceptional, and the apartments were spacious and filled with light. It was a joy to come home in the evening after work to my home.

Referals. I referred a coworker move into Lariat and he mentioned it to his agent but no note was taken of it nor mention to myself that there wqs a referal reward. They said they would look into it and never did get back to me on it

Lariat has a beautiful space and community but the basic follow through from management and cleanliness of the community isn’t the best.

It is overall a great apartment. I only have had a few issues, but they are quick to fix them. I would definitely recommend them.

These are nice apartments... but little to no communication, will not work with your schedule and since breaks take average of anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 weeks, be prepared to call out a lot and try not to let that effect anything, things take a long time to get fixed. The staff doesnt communicate amongst their own teams, as the mtce will blame the office and the office blames them. You never know who to believe. I am not renewing my lease and there are plenty of new builds to check out first before here, dont fall for the deals.

The community is amazing! The staff is very professional & will do everything in their power to help you or get answers. When it’s comes down to service everything gets done as soon as possible. I have never had an issues with staff or services.

This place is awful, had a year lease and will not stay a second longer. Apartment flooded when temperatures reached 0 degrees and 10 people were told to vacate their homes within 24 hours. They refused any assistance with this request and were entirely unhelpful. The employees were completely apathetic, rude and unprofessional. To top it off the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the surrounding areas

The Lariat community is a really nice place! Management is really friendly and able to answer questions quickly to help me in any needs I have. Facilities management is also great, because they communicate with you on what needs to be done and update you along the way.

The lack of knowledge from management in regards to lease renewals; what is due for the following month being available to see on the 1st, in which that’s the day rent is due; poor building built… my apartment was missing weather proof on the front door where mosquitoes and heat or cold cold in and the floor takes the temp of outside; painting off the bathroom and bedroom closet door was done poorly with one coat of paint… on bedroom closet door someone wrote “Pepe” on the door before putting a single coat of paint; ways to pay rent (flex, online, checks, money orders, etc.) is frustrating because there’s an inconsistency of what type of payments are accepted because it’s been changing month to month without complete transparency of what is acceptable, unless we personally ask; gas leaks, pipes busting; small rocks in the dog park (which affect the dogs paws) and tenants with aggressive dogs being disrespectful because they can’t share the dog park and want everyone out and away from the dog park so that they can access the dog park without any one near or in the dog park; rules not followed when it comes to dog waste, glass in the pool area that affects all tenants every time they break glass, and trash on the property and not disposed of properly; the valley trash leaving trails of trash juice on the sidewalks; breezeways are very dirty; builders or maintenance accessing the attic crawl space and banging around very loudly without notice that someone will be making very loss noises then leaving fiberglass on entire platform outside all 4 residents door, up and down the stairs along with trash… it was not cleaned up until I had to let management know over a week later. Tracking fiberglass in my shoes into my apartment, not to mention the risk of my dog getting fiberglass in his paws; the fact that snow and ice removal on a large property not being performed on driveways, also no salting in the driveways. Which makes it very difficult for people with disabilities to BE SAFE on property or just tenants without disabilities. I have seen people slip and fall really badly and sidewalks not cleared or salted properly and my dog slipping and falling very hard; Now with the survey asking about our opinion about units being Airbnbs/VRBO is shockingly crazy because this property will turn into a hotel and lose all sense of community all together. In my opinion Greystar and or McWhinney needs to do better.

Clean property, nice amenities. McWhinney will kick you out for renovations and will not make accommodations when the damages are not your fault. Cheaply built- couldn't last 1 winter without pipes bursting.
