Isabel is amazing, and she does her best to improve the apartments!
I came from out of state, and I think I really lucked out choosing Las Brisas Gardens Apartments. My roommate made the experience uncomfortable for me, but it was all worth it in the end with how sweet, caring, and considerate Isabel was. She helped me find parking constantly, helped improve the in-unit amenities for everyone, added a dog park, benches, and tables, among other cool things to the areas around the apartments while I was there. Having an amazing landlord makes all the difference for an apartment, and Isabel is truly beyond amazing! I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing!
When looking for a one bedroom apartment in Hialeah. I looked at 6 different places but none had the same combination of good price, good amenities and location! As well as super sweet staff and beautiful renovated apartments! Pet friendly and super safe community! I am looking forward to a lease here!

No lo hagan!!!!
Do not rent here unless you want to be around noise at all times. No Parking space for guests ever!!!! My apartment got broken into not even 6 months after we moved in. No camera system. Security staff is always sitting in their car and nowhere to be found when needed. This is a horrible community.

Las Brisas is a Breeze~a!!
This apartment complex is very nice. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. Very well maintained. Nice big pool and poolside/BBQ area. They even have an on sight gym. Security guard service. Well lit hallways. Nice clean laundry rooms. The neighbor's are nice and friendly. The area is centrally located, close enough to jump onto State Rd 924, or State Rd 836, or catch I-75. And just a few minutes to Miami Intl Airport. If you're looking for a nice place to live I highly recommend this place.

Worst property ever
It's been over two years my AC been on and off giving me problems the AC been dirty and not blowing cold not good at all. Their was roaches before I killed it all by buying products and I have kids that are young I told the property manager they say it's the weather outside or we making it up. They do not help with any problems they ignored everything you tell him the apartments units are very small the polices is always there. They have no cameras an lady car got broken into but the property manager did nothing.
