About Las Casas Apartments

The ground floor is remodeled and the monthly rent runs $1200.00 and the upstairs is $1100.00 per month with 6-month lease. Both units have a $25.00 monthly discount with a one-year lease. The ground floor unit is available now and the upstairs will be available July 1st. On all units, the deposit is typically the same as one month's rent.
