It's a lot of homeless and addicts that camp out around this complex. There's no security here during day time hours, there's no lights in the pool area and there's trash EVERYWHERE around the complex except the "model property" the rent does not match the living conditions here. There's a slu of STRAY cats in this complex scratching up vehicles , pooping and spraying anywhere they feel. They office has poor communication skills and gives misleading information to the residents that live here.

Overall nice place to live, close to stores, love the amenities. Only problems is pests, specially wasps.

The new manager ist despot and arrogant, the customer service it's horrible
I have lived here since August and the Management has already inspected the apartment 3 times. The pictures are only from selected units not upgraded at all, and the people that walk through here at night are very questionable. They painted over everything like the shower and bathtub so when i clean it paint comes off everytime, its nasty. All the walls in my apartment look like yhey have been punched through and one wall if you put ur hand on it it will bust through. AC leaks, the parking sucks no where for your guest to park. They dont change your air filters but will enter your home to change light bulbs and nothing else and not tell you they are entering. Pathetic management company CAM properties and I wish I would've never of signed a lease here do not make the same mistake as me.
I've been a resident for 2 years. I reside with my fiancé, who is a stay-at-home mom, and 2 toddlers. I'd like to begin stating that anywhere you live, issues are inevitable. I consider myself to be a reasonable person. Yesterday(Sunday), while at work, I received a call from my fiancé informing that power had been lost to our apartment. She figured out it had only affected our unit. I contacted APS, who then informed me, that I would have to contact maintenance. I called the emergency maintenance line a total of approximately 40 times, to which I received no response. I also left 4 voicemails. I left work & began troubleshooting myself. I figured out that the main breaker, located near the dog park, had been tripped. Luckily, I didn't take down anyone else's power. I tried resetting the breaker but it kept tripping. I figured out the stove had been causing a short circuit, tripping the breaker. I left an additional voicemail on the emergency maintenance line informing them the results of troubleshooting. I, then, returned to work. The following morning, the maintenance tech showed up to repair the stove, claiming that they did not receive any phone calls the day prior. Nor, did they receive any voicemails. I contacted property management, who ultimately said that they are contacting corporate & will get back to me when they receive a response. Property management stated, the maintenance tech did not receive any missed calls or voicemails. I did ask if anything was going to be done. Property management responded "What do you want me to do about it". There have been many other smaller instances of non-emergency maintenance requests that have gone ignored. I am still here because I knew we were sacrificing to save for house. However, I don't believe I can continue if it puts my family at risk. I do not recommend Las Casitas Apartments to anyone. Stay away! Also, posted photos are from renovated units. They are a misrepresentation of this property.
I just moved here. These apartments are over priced. Rent should be 850 or lower... I only been in my place 3 days. My blinds are falling down. The screen fell out the window. They just painted over things that was broke in my apartment. I have all kinds of cracks in the walls. Baseboards missing in the closet. Cracks under the cabinets and chip paint. The stuff in this apartment need to b updated. I don't feel secure at all. If someone wanted to come through my front door they can. One cheap lil lock on the front door. The sliding door in my bedroom so old u can just push it open from the outside smh. I can't wait til my 6 months are up. I will not b renewing my lease. The outside of the apartment are so dirty. They need a better cleaning crew. I wish I could show you the pictures of the cockroaches they have here. The pool area is very nasty. Ants all around the pool. The water is nasty. It's just not clean here at all
These apartments are close to everything. If you are without a car don't worry living here you are close to the bus route. Hungry? There's a Food City and multiple fast food restaurants within walking distance. Looking for a late night snack or a quick beer run? Don't worry Circle K is conveniently located on both the SE corner and a little further down on the NW corner. Want to buy merchandise on the cheap? Well you are in luck, there is also a 99 cent store and Big Lots within walking distance. And lastly, is your hair looking a mess and you can't get to the beauty shop? Sally's is on the way to Big Lots, just stop right in and get the hook up. These are just a few of the amenities of living here. Enjoy!
